On Sunday, we spent a wonderful day at this historic residence, where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the hills under an inviting gazebo. We ate excellent traditional Piedmontese food, and the staff was attentive to our needs. Brigida, of course, is known for her courtesy.

When I entered I felt like I was in a magical place, the furnishings and paintings were beautiful, clean, friendly... the food was delicious...

We visited La Vignassa Restaurant in Pino Torinese and the experience was truly excellent in every way. A very quiet and refined location, surrounded by greenery, with a relaxing atmosphere and attention to detail. The owner was an extraordinary hostess: kind, attentive, and welcoming, making you feel immediately at ease. We introduced ourselves with our Siberian Husky, Chrystal, who was also pampered with water and compliments. We began with a trio of traditional Piedmontese appetizers, beautifully presented and rich in flavor: tender veal with tuna sauce in a balanced sauce, fresh meat tartare with cheese shavings, and an excellent vegetable flan with Piedmontese Raschera donduta. The house Russian salad was also very popular, delicate and fresh. For our first course, we enjoyed a plate of pasta with meat sauce, the famous Piedmontese tajarin (tagliolini), flavorful and well-mixed, a generous portion, and an authentic taste. We paired everything with a nice Nebbiolo, very pleasant and well-suited to the dishes. The service was attentive but never intrusive. Afterwards, desserts included a lovely bonet, perfect for ending the meal. The coffee was also excellent. Final bill: €130 for three people for appetizers, a first course, desserts, wine, two bottles of water, and coffee—an absolutely fair price for the quality offered. An experience worth repeating, without a doubt.

Beautiful place, welcoming and friendly staff... the owner displays the entire menu without having any food or drink menus to hand... this is a serious shortcoming for me... I don't know if I'm ordering a €25 or €50 bottle of wine. It's a shame because the place has great potential, but it's not being fully exploited.
