A perfect tea shop. Good for buying bulk tea, or to enjoy a quit cup of tea, with a scone and clotted cream.

The shop and tea room are located on Via Santo Spirito, in a beautiful palazzo once owned by the Frescobaldi family. The tea room is a place I always visit when I'm in Florence. The atmosphere is refined, the globe room is evocative, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I often encounter tourists and young tea lovers. The service is delightful; the girls know how to listen, offer advice, and smile. The tea, always of excellent quality, that I enjoyed this time was a delicate and delicious gyokuro. My travel companion, on the other hand, was delighted with the London afternoon tea, with smoked Earl Grey. A wonderful break before diving back into the beautiful city of Florence.

Everything is very expensive; a piece of cake and a cup of tea cost €16.50. The atmosphere is very refined, with an outdoor courtyard and elegant furnishings.

I already shop from them time to time, my friends especially love the tea “Kate” but especially the garden of this cafe is especially enjoyable to spend time at.

Very nice tea shop that sells quality tea and offers a wide selection. There is also a tea room to enjoy a cup of black tea and 2-3 sweets.

It's good, but the prices are disproportionate. The cheapest tea is a rip-off at €8.50, and so on, up to €20. When in my city it costs a typical €2, and in the store in Cantabria, there are thousands of infusions, all natural and artisanal, you can't fool people with disproportionate prices. Drinking tea, which isn't expensive, can't have a luxury price!
