Yesterday I went to Michele's pizzeria, excellent pizza, and today I went to Via del Sale. Well, what can I say? The pizza chef is a true pizza artist, incredible, with a very light dough and top-quality ingredients. I also had a dessert, which was excellent. After talking to the waitress, I learned that the pizza chef was a pastry chef, which explains the quality of the desserts.

A fantastic experience. Impeccable service, welcoming, and fast. The pizza was incredible, not to mention the desserts. I absolutely recommend it!!

Everything would be 5 stars. But it's let down a bit by the wait (though the place was packed) and the room temperature, which was a bit too warm. And not just for me, who suffers a lot from the heat. But the downsides are more than offset by the excellent pizza and also by the friendliness that is evident from the pizza chefs.
