Pizzeria discovered by chance for dinner while returning from the sea during the week.
A little slow in the service (almost an hour of waiting, but it must be remembered that it was very full), the manager was very kind and scrupulous in explaining the dough and the various types of preparations (the waitress who served us was a little less so...perhaps just hired?).
Very good pizzas, light dough and plentiful ingredients..
A nice discovery...we will be back

The wait has been very long to get our order because the staff working there was reduced to the bare minimum. Around 45 minutes on a Monday night at 19.30. But let me tell you the wait was well worth it in the end because of their fantastic pizzas, my Wife and I tried 2 Neapolitan style pizzas, just incredible. Tasty, dough well made and skilfully cooked and seasoned. Will be back to try more pizza options. So far I would consider this pizza among the best around.

Pizzeria located in Ormea on the main road that runs along the historic center of the village. Excellent quality pizza, I particularly recommend the "Via del Sale" Pizza, the place is well kept and the staff is friendly and helpful. Reservations are absolutely necessary, particularly on Saturday evenings. Both in high season and in other periods, the place is always full.
