Courtesy, kindness and knowledge on the part of the staff of what was proposed allowed us to make the most of the chosen route. Stunning place, especially the internal room. Second experience today 15 August 2022, it couldn't have gone better. The first was therefore not a coincidence, now it is a real certainty. Fantastic dishes full of flavors and colours, excellent staff as always. I highly recommend the vegetarian starter, it varies each time depending on the period. Fruit and vegetables presented in a sublime way both in terms of sight and taste. A simple fennel, a courgette, a carrot or a green bean in this dish are not banal vegetables, on the contrary they make you say wow double wow, without neglecting all the others. Everything as always perfect, from the service to what we ate. This time 7-course fish tasting menu. To give an idea of the fantastic experience, when asked by the Chef at the end of lunch which dish I liked best, I replied: everything, without any distinction. This time there are also photos.

I would add an extra star each time. A marvel, visual, olfactory, gustatory. There are no words to describe what we ate, you have to go and do it in person. The non-intrusive but discreet staff, attentive to every request, is kind and competent like few others. Many congratulations to everyone. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
