We went there for dinner this evening while passing through. Very cozy and authentic restaurant. Excellent food and a very very very friendly host. Nobody speaks German here and the menu is exclusively in Italian. This is exactly how I want to eat in Italy - highly recommended.

Super welcome. As soon as we entered they made us leave our helmets and motorcycle jackets in a dedicated room. Rich and quality menu with local and homemade products, starting from the bread served at the table and ending with a variety of very delicious desserts. Super helpful and friendly staff. Advised!

Pleasant surprise discovered by chance while searching on the internet. A truly welcoming place, where you can breathe the atmosphere of an ancient historic trattoria. All dishes are homemade at km 0 with refined and top-quality ingredients: what particularly impressed me is the rich selection of cheeses from all over the world. Special mention must be made of the dining room staff: the owner, really nice and self-deprecating, guided us in the choice of dishes, illustrating them with his pleasant irony. Given the seasonality in the selection of dishes, a place where you can definitely return. Bill in line with the offer proposed.

Welcomed by the very friendly and kind host, at the entrance you can breathe an atmosphere of times gone by. Furnishings and style of an old tavern but very well kept and clean. You feel at home! As soon as we sat down we were served a small welcome, that is, a roll of white bread with olive paté and a glass of sparkling wine. Much appreciated! Excellent appetizer of the day with bresaola, speck, parmesan flan and eggplant parmigiana. For the first course I tried the ravioli with potatoes, sausage and poppy seeds, on the menu since '94. Really good even if I would have preferred to taste the sausage a little more. The cheese board is enhanced by the homemade compotes and jams, as well as the bread, the pasta... all homemade. Finally the dessert, a warm tarte tatin accompanied by a delicious English cream. Highly recommended place. I will definitely be back!

Out of the way place but definitely worth a try. Spartan but tidy place. The manager is an elderly gentleman who knows what he is doing, is kind and knows how to welcome customers politely. Cuisine with not extensive choices and adequate for the staff available to maintain a notable level of quality. Wine list with a prevalence of local proposals. Since this is beyond, there is something to be satisfied with. It's a place I've put on the agenda for a return. Advised!

Excellent dishes and very nice host, everything local and homemade. Sausage and potato ravioli and beef basket with gorgonzola and montasio are excellent, as is the dessert (chocolate fondant and cream and black cherry puff pastry). Even the bread is homemade and served hot, to be returned and recommended!

In una giornata uggiosa io e mio marito ci fermiamo a pranzo alla Verde Sosta dopo una degustazione in una cantina in zona. Da dove iniziare ...dal proprietario che ti accoglie come se fossi un vecchio amico, che ti mette subito a tuo agio con una delicatezza e una carineria d'altri tempi...si vede che è del mestiere!! Lo stesso vale per la moglie,gentilissima. Menù squisito,prodotti di alta qualità. Io ho mangiato un antipasto dello chef, merluzzo con verdure in pastella buonissime e un dolce al cioccolato. Mio marito è rimasto colpito dalla carne tenerissima e dalla tarte tatin. Insomma ..se passate da queste parti fateci un salto.

Ancora una volta questo magnifico ristorante ci ha incantato !! 🤩Atmosfera tranquilla , rilassante e proprietario come sempre cordiale e simpatico ; pranzo domenicale perfetto , materie prime eccellenti , cucinate con cura , sapori semplicemente squisiti tra primi e secondi piatti , per finire con fondant di cioccolato da urlo ! Torneremo di nuovo perché questo luogo è veramente il top ! 👍👏👏👏

03/03/2025: Dining at the Glass Bistrot is not simply going to a restaurant: it is a journey into a world where time slows down and every dish comes to life before your eyes. Stefano, the beating heart of this little jewel, is at the same time chef, waiter, dishwasher and host and masterfully transforms the freshest ingredients into authentic culinary works of art. Here the cuisine is truly expressive: choose the tagliatelle and Stefano rolls the pastry on the spot; you order tuna carpaccio and see it sliced ​​directly from the fresh slice; ask for ice cream and they serve it to you straight out of the ice cream maker. Every bite is a surprise, thanks to a menu that combines creativity and refinement with original and never predictable combinations. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy, with very few seats to guarantee an attentive and personalized service. The quality of the raw materials and attention to detail are reflected in a price that is absolutely adequate for the experience. If you are looking for a place to feel pampered, savor extraordinary dishes and experience a dinner out of the ordinary, Glass Bistrot is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Courtesy, kindness and knowledge on the part of the staff of what was proposed allowed us to make the most of the chosen route. Stunning place, especially the internal room. Definitely worth repeating. Many compliments to the Chef and all his staff. 👏 Second experience today 15 August 2022, it couldn't have gone better. The first was therefore not a coincidence, now it is a real certainty. Fantastic dishes full of flavors and colours, excellent staff as always. I highly recommend the vegetarian starter, it varies each time depending on the period. Fruit and vegetables presented in a sublime way both in terms of sight and taste. A simple fennel, a courgette, a carrot or a green bean in this dish are not banal vegetables, on the contrary they make you say wow double wow, without neglecting all the others. Many compliments again. 👏👏👏🔝🔝🔝 Third experience today 4/6/2023 I deliberately chose to describe the new experience at the end of the previous ones. Everything as always perfect, from the service to what we ate. This time 7-course fish tasting menu. To give an idea of ​​the fantastic experience, when asked by the Chef at the end of lunch which dish I liked best, I replied: everything, without any distinction. This time there are also photos.
