I had a really nice lunch at "La Veranda" restaurant in Enna Bassa with my colleagues! We ordered several fish main courses, including delicious fried fish that were crunchy and tasty. We accompanied everything with a fresh Insolia white wine, which proved perfect for enhancing the flavors of the fish. To conclude we enjoyed a refreshing melon sorbet, which added a sweet and light touch to our meal. The service was impeccable and the location is truly welcoming, creating an ideal atmosphere for a lunch break. A slightly inconvenient aspect is the search for parking. Recommended restaurant.

I discovered this restaurant during my university studies and I was really satisfied! The menu offers a wide choice of both meat and fish dishes, all prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Among the specialties, I highly recommend the Barusca fillet, a truly delicious and well-cooked dish that leaves you fully satisfied. The staff is very friendly and attentive to customer needs, helping to create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.

Una cena organizzata all'ultimo momento, con il desiderio improvviso di ritornare al Ristorante "La Veranda" dopo qualche tempo di assenza. A gestire sono i fratelli Antonio e Santino, i quali, oltre all'ottima cucina, offrono semplicità e simpatia. Questa volta abbiamo scelto, come al solito consigliati da Antonio, una buonissima focaccia, broccoli saltati in padella, tagliatelle ai funghi, filetto al pepe verde e ricciola ai ferri. Su suggerimento di Santino, abbiamo gustato un bianco mosso molto versatile (calamosca). La focaccia ci ha ricordato il talento cristallino di Andrea (buon sangue non mente), friabilità unita alla croccantezza, sembra un biscotto, davvero buonissima. Le verdure saltate sono freschissime e profumate, le tagliatelle fresche un ottimo connubio con i funghi, con la giusta cremosità. Il filetto al pepe verde è un autentico "must" del ristorante, superbo ed invitante, la ricciola freschissima, cucinata arrosto con olio, prezzemolo ed un accenno di limone, semplice ma succulenta. Alla Veranda si mangia bene e si paga il giusto. Vi sembra poco ?
