Excellent restaurant at the Duomo of Rovato, excellent food and excellent service. The selection of dishes is refined and refined. We were also given a totally vegan menu with starter, first course, second course and dessert. The location is very nice and well-kept. Prices are in line with the service and quality of the food. Restaurant/trattoria to be recommended

Ho sempre e solo mangiato la bistecca alla Fiorentina (qui servono manzetta prussiana), ed è degna di nota per qualità e cottura. Carta dei vini interessante in rapporto al target del locale, principalmente vini franciacortini. È in una frazione quindi bisogna proprio conoscerlo, ma è una bella meta da visitare; forse per un pranzo di lavoro il servizio è un po' poco "pronto".

Scovato per caso durante il rientro da un viaggio, abbiamo mangiato così bene che siamo tornati con degli amici. Antipasti buonissimi, tagliolini al tartufo ottimi, Angus e manzo all’olio da provare! I dolci poi un gustoso fine pranzo. Personale attento e competente, locale elegante e simpatico richiama il precedente uso degli spazi, una vecchia scuola per l’appunto.

Don't underestimate the €30 all-inclusive formula from the appetizer of local cured meats to the dessert with homemade bitters or liqueur! Outdoor environment for children and families Stunning! 02/12/2024: Good morning, I'll start the review by talking about the service and the staff: the family-run staff is impeccable, attentive to every single table despite the rooms being full, therefore excellent service, as far as the food is concerned, they have good quality raw materials. My compliments to these restaurateurs because despite being an isolated place they manage to have a considerable amount of work. I gave 4 stars for the environment because the rooms are narrow, based on a house transformed into a restaurant over the years, in my opinion.

06/01/2025: Christmas lunch. Excellent Christmas lunch with various courses, all produced by them including bread, wine, oil, panettone. The staff is friendly and kind, from the restaurant room you can enjoy an excellent view of the lake, I will return. I didn't stop to sleep
