The owner was attentive and hospitable. The restaurant is well-kept and modern. The food is amazing; I recommend the tagliolini with saffron, porcini mushrooms, and pancetta. The desserts are delicious. We were there for dinner with friends and felt truly pampered. Thank you!

It's easy to review a restaurant like this: an elegant location in the heart of Tagliacozzo, a simple menu, and delicious dishes. The service was prompt and friendly (we happened upon it on an August evening during a festival, so we expected a few inconveniences, which, however, were not the case). Even the bill, which we feared might be a bit high, was absolutely average (in fact, given the quality of the service and location, perhaps even a bit lower than average). The experience was truly enjoyable, and I can only recommend it.

Elegant, always high-quality. Good traditional food, but with a refined twist. Adequate portions, authentic flavors. Cloth table settings. A few gourmet vegan alternatives to the meat and carvery would be a real step forward.
