A friend of mine took me there during my stay in Bologna to taste cured meats and tigelle. Greetings of excellent quality, the place is very particular, rustic, in wood with soft lights, very beautiful. The staff is really helpful and courteous

At one end of a busy street that has many restaurants and shops, this business covers many options. Deli, cafe, restaurant all work together. We sat outside and enjoyed the breeze here which seemed lacking further down the street. Wait staff were friendly. We each had an aperitif to start, followed by Lasagna alla Bolognese and Tagliatelle al fungi & porcini then shared a mixed salad. We had a bottle of wine. Everything was delicious. We spent €80.00.

Historic venue that manages, despite the wild globalization that grips Italian cities of art, to maintain in a recognizable way the historical tradition that it boasts thanks to the Chiari family who founded it many years ago. Characteristic and welcoming place and attentive and precise service. The flavors and authenticity of local products make all the difference in the world. Perhaps the cost is affected by the enormous amount of tourists who frequent it but "it's a small price to pay to get the best quality".

..particular place in the streets around Piazza Maggiore.. prices a little 'high' even SW the quality is unquestionable..
We ate outside, the tables are very close, the tourist behind us was smoking a cigar (by law you can't smoke in the open-air restaurant if the tables are less than 4 meters away... here we were 10 centimeters away... we pointed it out to the young waiters, but they told us that you can smoke outside (wrong!) We didn't enjoy the cutting board due to the smell of cigars.

Next to Piazza Maggiore gastronomy in my opinion not at all touristy. maintains the flavors of tradition. The tortellini in broth and the cured meats are excellent

on mange dans la rue de la charcuterie et du fromage italien. C'est une boutique qui fait également de la restauration. C'est délicieux mais un peu chère. Une planche pour 2, une assiette de bresaola 2 spitz et un Fanta pour 78.5 €
mais c'est typiquement ce que l'on voulait pour démarrer notre séjour en Italie

Établissement situé dans une rue très vivante. Nous avons été installé rapidement malgré le nombre important de clients et dans un petit espace privé en face de la rue : Original et intimiste. Nos plats étaient bons mais la carte présentait selon moi des tarifs un peu trop élevés. À part ça, je recommande !
