Cozy place with welcoming and friendly staff. Ordered two cutting boards (Italic & Emilian) which can easily replace a lunch. Variety of cured meats and cheeses typical of the area served with tigelle, flavored lard, spreadable squaccherone and grated cheese. All accompanied with four glasses of Sangiovese. So far everything perfect.
As a first course, we ordered tagliatelle with ragù, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and tortellini with black king. Unfortunately both tagliatelle had very little ingredients inside and were all broken, the tortellini were good but the black parmesan cream makes it very heavy to digest I would opt for the tortellini broth next time. The tiramisu was too crowded and the panna cotta dipped in berry syrup didn't allow you to feel the taste. In general it is a great place to drink and eat typical cured meats and cheeses. The environment is welcoming, clean and with a great variety of products to purchase as gifts or for yourself.

In the heart of the historic center of Bologna in the most characteristic street of restaurants and typical Bolognese cuisine there is this temple of taste.
Cold cuts, cheeses, mushrooms, fresh pasta from the Bolognese tradition are here. You can taste and consume them on site or purchase them for gifts or home consumption.
The tortellini and fresh pasta are those of the Bolognese tradition (be careful, not Emilian!). Place to visit, I recommend it

First visit to Bologna and discovered by chance. Italian specialties and wines. Service is tried hard, despite the tourists streaming past in the alley. Locally opposite is also possible. The only point of criticism was the radio station (scooter doesn't fit into the ambience). In my opinion there is no need for music, it is drowned out by the hustle and bustle of the alley.

We go in for breakfast. We got a beef and cheese sauce, which was of the highest quality, and they also served fresh pekaru. Basically, everything was very good, the place, the street, the butcher shop are cozy. The seks alone are not too sweet, but this does not speak of the Oras tsorges. I suggest!

I had stopped in Bologna for a few hours, waiting to leave, I wanted to eat the tortellini with Bolognese ragù and I ate the delicious tortellini Bolognese, accompanied by a red wine, in a charming street in the city center crowded with tourists. Come by and stop for a lunch break.

Bella bottega, con tavoli. Posto evidentemente pensato molto a misura di turisti e di passanti, in grado di gestire grandi numeri, però le materie prime sono comunque buone e la cucina è all’altezza della tradizione.
Si mangia bene,il servizio è cortese e simpatico. Dettaglio non indifferente per locali come questo: non ti fanno fretta e hai tutto il tempo che ti serve per una chiacchiera con i commensali o per gustarti i tortellini.

Visitamos para una cena ligera un domingo por la noche cuando estaba muy ocupado. Nos sentamos en una mesa exterior y disfrutamos de un plato de carnes en rodajas y varias copas de vino.
Servicio medio. Precios muy razonables.
