I found the restaurant crowded and noisy. Despite this impact our lunch was great, the children were served immediately and we adults did not wait long either. The restaurant has a menu with local dishes and the usual Roman cuisine, but also several specialties that are difficult to find in Rome: tongue, snails 🐌 and frogs. I loved everything I tried. I had chosen the place at random, never been so lucky before.

I've been coming to eat at Bruno's for 25 years now, from a teenager with friends to today with my family, it's always safe. If you want to eat typical traditional cuisine you are in the right place.... In the appetizers you will also find dishes such as snails, frogs, sweetbreads, tongue, oxtail, etc. etc. as well as homemade pasta as first courses including the typical local Guzzi pasta, also good meat second courses, beef steaks and roasts....

Bellissima scoperta, cucina casareccia ottimi piatti, servizio gentile e simpatico e sempre disponibile, proprietario accogliente, un locale rustico ma molto carino o mangiato veramente bene cibo fatto in casa di ottima qualità. Ritornerò sicuramente consigliatissimo

Cibo ottimo! Locale molto carino e particolare. Vero che non c'è il menù e bisogna decidere nel momento in cui viene descritto e senza poterci pensare troppo. Magari pure meglio così... I prezzi non si conoscono, ma il conto, a mio parere, non è stato assolutamente caro. La ragazza che ha servito in sala è stata estremamente gentile e attenta. Bravi tutti!

20/06/2025: What a gem of a place, and reasonably priced for an unforgettably amazing evening. Went with a party of 6 on a Tuesday for a birthday surprise celebration. Sent a message to the restaurant prior to our visit and arranged for a little surprise for the birthday person. The restaurant seemed to be full, but hard to say as I didn't get the opportunity to walk through the "rooms"... Allergies and specific dietary requests were taken serious and flawlessly taken care off during service. Flow of dishes was perfect timed (we had the one of the taster menu's) which often is the straw that would break the camels back as a whole experience, but here it was spot on. We were also asked during dinner if we wanted a "pause" before the next dish or if we wanted to continue on. Amazing! All dishes were spotless and it got better and better as the evening moved on. Based on personal taste preferences, I can not talk on behalf of everyone and will leave my own taste comments out of the review as it's irrelevant, but the general consensus was very positive by the whole table... Service was very attentive, through out the evening and extremely professional and knowledgeable when asking about specifics around the dishes and wines. On average it cost EUR 200 per person which is an unbeatable deal at this level (including, a bottle of spumante as aperitif for all and wine pairings for 5 of the 6 guests) which included the smaller of the taster menus (it takes time to get through it all). If fine dining is scaring you off, this would be a great place to start, as it's very relaxed and down to earth. The food speaks for its self... So, we will without doubt swing by next time we're in Rome as this is just an amazing place with amazing staff and great location (if staying in the Termini area). Highly Recommended
12/06/2025: Absolutely amazing experience. Initially came for the creativity experience but they suggested the signature tasting what an evening. This is our 8 michelin star and by far the best!
