La Vecchia Locanda Zita In Sestola

We arrived on Saturday at noon, after we had booked with a gift box, we ate and then we said goodbye to the nearby town, Sestola. The place is fantastic, it is a beautiful place, in a super quiet hamlet, you eat very well and the staff is always polite. We had two small organizational problems, for me of little importance, but resolved in a very short time. Upon returning we went up to the room, quite large, with everything you need and then we booked an hour of spa. They have a solarium with sun loungers, a beautiful hydro massage tub and a sauna. For me it has all the comforts that should be in a place where you can relax. We are very happy to have discovered this place, we will definitely return perhaps this winter to try the nearby slopes of Monte Cimone.

Very neat and clean place, really kind staff and excellent mushroom dishes! I recommend crostini, fried mushrooms and gnocchi with mushrooms We will return, compliments and thanks for the good hospitality

*5 stars* I was a guest at Antica Locanda Zita and I can say that it was an incredible experience! The inn is located in an enchanting place, at the foot of Monte Cimone, and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the valley. The food was EXCELLENT, the breakfast was SUPER and the wellness area was a real treat for my body and mind! But what really made the difference was the FAMILY WELCOMING of the owner Luca and his staff. They were so friendly and helpful that I truly felt at home. In short, I highly recommend Locanda Zita to anyone looking for an authentic and high-quality experience in an enchanting place. Don't hesitate to book!

Nestled in an enchanting corner of the Modena Apennines, Locanda Zita in Sestola is a jewel that conquers you from the first glance. Its location is truly suggestive: it feels like entering a small nativity scene. The cuisine is an authentic celebration of Emilian tradition. From fresh tortellini, prepared with mastery, to tender and tasty rabbit meat. Each dish tells a story made of passion. The quality of the ingredients is evident, as is the care in preparation and presentation. The quality-price ratio is excellent: you eat divinely without going over budget, which is rare in times like these. The service is attentive, courteous and warm. A special mention goes to the waiters Claudio and Vincenzo, always smiling, available and capable of making every guest feel at home. In conclusion, Locanda Zita is a place to return to, not only for the excellent food, but for the genuine and welcoming atmosphere that makes it unique. An experience not to be missed for anyone who loves good food and places that speak to the heart.

Cannot review hotel service, but the restaurant is one of the very best I've been to. Great memories.

Buongiorno a tutti Sabato a pranzo siamo venuti qui alla Zita.. Sono oramai tantissimi anni che frequentiamo questo posto e devo dire che ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Oggi abbiamo mangiato i soliti e buonissimi crostini e polenta fritta con funghi,un tris di primi,rosette, gnocchi con crema di parmigiano e tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale, quest'ultimo piatto era molto molto asciutto,anche sè,lo abbiamo mangiato lo stesso.. Per il resto nn possiamo dire nulla,anzi,faccio i compleanni ai Genitori di Alessandro x il loro lavoro... Consiglio di prenotare con qualche settimana di anticipo

L’ambiente è molto curato e il menù permette una vasta scelta. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo seppur la presentazione dei piatti andrebbe un po’ curata (la mia grigliata mista era davvero tristissima) Peccato per il servizio un po’ lento.
