Good place with good food and good service. Nothing incomparable though. From other reviews I thought it was much better.

I'll start with the detail: they are very well stocked for gluten-free or various allergies. A real godsend for us. Really high value for money. Genuine food and in considerable quantities. The tagliatelle dishes are really challenging!! The rooms are exceptional. New, clean and very beautiful

I stayed for a couple of days with my wife, moreover we found the weekend when there was the village festival.. The food is really good and the dishes are really plentiful!!! Furthermore, the managers and waiters make you feel at home. The room was nice, there are some small touches to be made but nothing major; the location is rather quiet given that Vesale is a very small village 6 km away. from Sestola. When we are in the area we will definitely return!!!

We spent 3 days in this wonderful place, what can I say. Everything was impeccable, we were a group of 10 people and we stayed in an apartment 5 minutes walk from the restaurant and 20 minutes from the ski slopes. Comfortable and clean house, quiet place with air that smelled of cows and meadows, top cuisine, top service and kindness, top welcome, I will be back!!! I ate very well, super generous portions and all I say is excellent and tasty. Thanks from the group of 10 from Florence!

L’ambiente è molto curato e il menù permette una vasta scelta. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo seppur la presentazione dei piatti andrebbe un po’ curata (la mia grigliata mista era davvero tristissima) Peccato per il servizio un po’ lento.

02/03/2025: An elegant but at the same time welcoming place in which to feel at ease. Dinner with my daughter planned at the last moment, we appreciated everything: flavours, aromas and exceptional dishes. All seasoned with the professionalism of the service in the room, attentive to every detail!
25/02/2025: Ho cenato al ristorante al piano terra. Cucina ottima piatti curati e ben presentati. Unico neo i camerieri alcuni dei quali sembravano in po' spaesati e poco preparati sui piatti in menù. Esperienza da ripetere.
