Good food, but overpriced. A €5 cover charge per person for paper tablecloths seems a bit excessive. I also found the prices of the dishes high.

A legendary restaurant in the heart of Milan. It’s a small place run by the owner. A small menu with a specific offering focussed on homemade Italian cuisine. The food and its presentation are top notch. Service is fast despite only having one waitress. Mostly vegetarian dishes with few containing egg in it. Highly recommended.

A quaint spot in the center of Milan where you can enjoy authentic, entirely vegetarian dishes. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I recommend the open crêpes!

We ate at this place twice during our trip to Milan because the service and food was so nice. Service was very attentive and great English, with English menu provided too. Lovely place if you’re vegetarian in Milan, looking for good prices too!

A hidden gem near the cathedral. They serve vegetarian and vegan cuisine, just like home. I had orecchiette with eggplant sauce, which was delicious, while my friend had zucchini meatballs. We also shared dessert, a crumble with fruit, cinnamon, and coconut cream. Of the three dishes, my orecchiette were the one we loved the most, and I thought the final bill (€31) was a bit high for what we ate, but it's definitely a charming historic place, suitable for everyone.

The dishes in this place are really good but the portions could also be a little more abundant. Very refined vegetarian and vegan cuisine but unfortunately in a TOO SMALL environment. We often return to this place, always satisfied with the dishes but uncomfortable because the tables are really excessively small and seated on stools. If it weren't for the cuisine we wouldn't have returned and maybe not even entered

We've been to Vecchia Latteria a couple of times for lunch, a historic restaurant practically in the heart of Milan. In a neighborhood overrun with fast food and anonymous chains, this place is a true oasis of quality and simplicity. The menu is entirely vegetarian and vegan, with home-made dishes that are perceived as genuine from the first taste. 12/02/2026: On the recommendation of my lawyer (a great foodie and friend), I dined at this restaurant a few days ago with my wife, my brother, and his family, my guests. They serve some Lombard dishes, which I'm not particularly fond of, even though I'm from Milan; but I found some things on the menu that I liked. We had a great time, in a unique setting (a former farmhouse and/or mill); part of the building is over 100 years old; another part (I believe used for receptions, weddings, etc.), if I understood correctly, is as old as 500. The place, thanks to its decor, brightness (large windows), and atmosphere, is very pleasant and not particularly noisy. The service is good, with kind, friendly, and fast waitresses. We tried some appetizers, some first courses (my cheese-filled ravioli were very good, with an excellent tomato sauce), and some second courses: nothing disappointed us! Unfortunately, I can't drink alcohol anymore, but they seem to have a decent wine cellar, although my guests tried the house wine, which seemed pleasant. The bill was also absolutely reasonable (around €40/50-55). The only small flaw is that the menu consists of a limited number of dishes, which guarantees the freshness of the ingredients, but I would have liked to have a little more variety (if possible, even some fish dishes, which I love). It's an experience I recommend to everyone!

02/03/2026: Convenient parking, ordered by card and I would say that it does not have a good price/quality ratio
25/01/2026: Great experience, I celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday, the owner was very kind and friendly. She gave me the whole room at my disposal, had it set up just as we wanted, including music and other comforts to make the party better and it was a real success!! We will definitely do other events again in the future.
