07/04/2025: We went to this restaurant for dinner and we were all thrilled. A true jewel that combines the tradition of Bolognese cuisine with more modern fish-based proposals, all with truly high quality raw materials. Every dish we tried was meticulous in detail, with well-balanced flavors and generous portions. But the real star of the evening was the Bolognese cutlet: simply perfect. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with the right amount of ham and melted Parmesan on top. We fully confirm what is written on the menu: it must absolutely be divided into two, because the dimensions are truly impressive! A restaurant that knows how to enhance tradition without giving up a touch of creativity, with attentive and friendly service. Definitely a place to return and which we will recommend to anyone who wants to have an authentic culinary experience in Bologna
