Great food, everything fresh and prepared with attention to detail. In addition, friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere - a place you want to come back to. I definitely recommend it!

The taste of the food was amazing, and the owners and their children were very friendly, so I highly recommend them. The food was so delicious that I couldn't believe it was in Japan, and I felt that it was truly Borolla. It seems like the store name has changed, so be careful. GRATZE!!!

Excellent welcome and a truly welcoming environment. We ate a delicious platter of cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by a pleasant red wine. Congratulations to Federico... a great host!

Couple of enterprising young people, you can eat very good local dishes, you can also enjoy some interesting platters. Few tables so better to call.

02/03/2025: very very good, spectacular cuts
20/02/2025: I tried this restaurant after years of hearing about it because I didn't believe in good fish in Bologna... and they proved me wrong!! Since then I have been going there much more often, curious to try a different dish, and every time the standard of cuisine and service in the room is always at the top, surrounded by courtesy and smiles, which is not to be taken for granted.

27/01/2025: Chef Max Poggi's cuisine is a pinnacle of gastronomy, the dishes are all made with extreme care and are extraordinarily good. The place is sober and elegant, the staff is formal, kind, efficient but rightly discreet, it is a place where nothing is missing but there is nothing too much. The wine list is very well stocked and contains non-trivial labels together with some classics so you are spoiled for choice, the possible choice by the glass guarantees the right wine for all courses. Top choice, the 8-course tasting costs 85 euros (as written on their website) and is the one I recommend to fully enjoy the imagination and mastery of the chef. Large reserved parking in front of the restaurant.
