Every now and then I get the chance to visit this pizzeria, and it's always a pleasure. The location is very pleasant, in the heart of the lush Viterbo countryside. Ample parking is available on-site. Tables are available both outside, where you can admire a beautiful garden, and inside, where the atmosphere is enhanced by a wonderful painting that I always admire every time I go. The staff is always very kind and helpful. I come here for the pizza, both takeout and eat-in. It's large, in fact, huge, so big it barely fits on the plate. It's juicy and flavorful, filled with consistently high-quality ingredients. The dough is thin and soft, the crust shallow and crispy. A delight!

Fabulous pizza, huge, excellent ingredients, and the dough, in my opinion, is the best in the world (thin and crunchy). Nothing is left on the plate. Naturally, the price isn't excessive, on the contrary!

The food is good, the pizza is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There's nothing negative to report, except that you need to make a reservation because it's always crowded throughout the week. Perhaps the only flaw, which obviously has nothing to do with the restaurant, is its perception as a family restaurant, meaning too many children and a bit too much crowding.

I went here for dinner on a recommendation. I have to say the food was good, and the portions were just right. We had rabbit, vegetables, and pizza. Everything was good, the prices were good, and the pizzas were huge and delicious. I recommend it.

Siamo stati una sera a cena alla Valle del Burano (Tre Croci ) con dei nostri amici. Abbiamo gustato come piatto del giorno ,la mitica Scafata Viterbese, le lumachine di terra in umido e mangiato degli ottimi prodotti locali fatti con amore direttamente da Vincenzo , il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino della casa . Il proprietario Vincenzo , è una persona simpaticissima e disponibile, il personale è cortese e preparato. Ampio parcheggio Se passate da quelle parti , fermatevi per una sosta e non dimenticate di assaggiare i dolci "la zuppa inglese" della Lorena . Noi ci torneremo sicuramente curiosi di assaggiare altri piatti.

31/08/2025: We spent a weekend at this hotel. What can I say?! Truly beautiful!!! Excellent location, a 20-minute walk from the center and overlooking the lake. Every detail has been carefully designed, from the two pools to the surrounding greenery. Rooms are equipped with TVs, refrigerators, and air conditioning. The cleanliness is excellent, and all the staff are courteous and professional. The spacious restaurant offers excellent meals and a buffet breakfast, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. An ideal place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

13/08/2025: Nice place. The staff were super nice and helpful. The only downside was that our tagliata with oil and rosemary wasn't rare as we'd asked for, and it didn't have the oil and rosemary, which we had to ask for. Obviously, I could have sent it back, but I saw it was crowded, and since we'd just disembarked from the ship in Civitavecchia, we were pretty hungry. The meat was good, though. It was inexplicably heavy, but really good. Everything else was perfect. I was disappointed with the small inconvenience because I think this place deserves it. I'll definitely be back to try it out more and maybe give it a better review.
