La Valle Del Burano In Vetralla

We were passing through for an Alfa Romeo meeting, and we stopped in this place. Very nice, welcoming, large spaces both inside and outside. Great service, great food. Don't be intimidated by the extra-large shape of the pizzas, they seem huge but they are good, thin and well cooked. My husband is gluten intolerant and when he makes the exception he still suffers, BUT their pizza didn't cause him too many problems 😉. Absolutely recommended. Better to book on weekends as there are a lot of people.

Splendid and pleasant restaurant in the Vetralla countryside. We ate very well in a beautiful, characteristic environment. In good weather there is also an external dehor.

We were there last night with a group of 81 people... it couldn't have gone better. The service was fast and the food excellent: the cold cuts were special and the pizzas were equally special. We highly recommend it

Sono stata a Vetralla per l'acquisto annuale di olio ed io e la mia famiglia ci siamo piacevolmente imbattuti in questo ristorante, per il quale lasciare una recensione positiva è assolutamente d'obbligo, visto che si è trattato di uno dei più buoni in cui io sia stata di recente. Complimenti a tutto lo staff sia per la qualità e genuinità delle pietanze, che per la gentilezza ed empatia verso il cliente. Mia zia ha dichiarato di essere allergica ad alcuni alimenti, e la ragazza della sala è stata super premurosa nel venirle incontro e porre particolare attenzione alle sue necessità. Una nota speciale per l'abbacchio alla scottadito, credo il più buono che abbia mai mangiato e per i dolci fatti in casa, ben superiori alle pasticcerie più rinomate. Non vedo l'ora di tornare!

Prima di venire a Vetralla ho fatto un giro su TripAdvisor per cercare qualche ristorante, in realtà qualcosa che coniugasse pizza a piatti tipici del luogo. La maggior parte delle recensioni non erano recentissime ed alternavano giudizi ottimi a giudizi pessimi. Quindi mi sono affidato a gente del luogo, e mi hanno consigliato questo ristorante. Ne sono rimasto soddisfatto. La pizza, enorme, premetto che non mi è piaciuta, ma essendo campano sono prevenuto. Era la tipica pizza romana sottile, croccante e devo dire che la salsiccia non era saporita. Ottima la carbonara di mia moglie, come una carbonara deve essere, cremosa, guanciale scrocchiarello, saporita. Buoni anche i crostini con paté di olive, olio, pomodorini, ma sopratutto la verza in agrodolce. Non abbiamo preso dolci in quanto le porzioni più che abbondanti ci hanno saziato.
