Beautiful and simple location not dispersive. Truly typical flavors cooked in a simple and genuine way. Just think of the local ham, authentic, true flavor ... That of home-made ham. No reworking or revisiting of the original recipes, those who grew up in the countryside will understand it immediately ;) fast service and young staff. The desserts? Simplicity and flavor are the masters :) Promoted with full marks only flaw? ...Come on ... The coffee 😜

Really fantastic discovery. We were there for a stag party, and I can only describe how everyone was more than satisfied! From the truly excellent dishes (rice with radicchio and divine cheeses), to the speed and attention of the waiters!
Highly recommended place, quality/price ratio difficult to find like here.
Very good, we will definitely see each other again very soon ☺️

We had dinner one evening at Valle del Burano (Tre Croci) with friends.
We spent a pleasant and fun evening in a beautiful and welcoming place. We tasted as a dish of the day, the legendary Scafata Viterbese, stewed land snails, tasted excellent local products made directly by Vincenzo, all accompanied by an excellent house wine.
The owner Vincenzo is a very nice and helpful person, the staff is courteous and prepared.
If you pass by those parts, stop, it is a place surrounded by greenery that deserves a stop and do not forget to taste the desserts made by Lorena eg: zuppa inglese.
We will definitely return
curious to try other dishes.

Siamo stati una sera a cena alla Valle del Burano (Tre Croci ) con dei nostri amici. Abbiamo gustato come piatto del giorno ,la mitica Scafata Viterbese, le lumachine di terra in umido e mangiato degli ottimi prodotti locali fatti con amore direttamente da Vincenzo , il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino della casa .
Il proprietario Vincenzo , è una persona simpaticissima e disponibile, il personale è cortese e preparato. Ampio parcheggio
Se passate da quelle parti , fermatevi per una sosta e non dimenticate di assaggiare i dolci "la zuppa inglese" della Lorena .
Noi ci torneremo sicuramente curiosi di assaggiare altri piatti.

In the heart of Tuscia I celebrated my first...60..years with close friends excellent service with the giant pizza round and cold and hot appetizers and drinks included with the accompanying millefeuille.
To return to taste the dishes at lunch, I recommend trying.

Sono un cliente abituale a cui piace la pizza che fanno, la carne e anche il pesce. Stasera sono un pochino amareggiato perché nel conto ho pagato 8 euro 2 bruschette olio e sale. 22 euro la tagliata di manzo le valeva. 18 euro i calamari alla griglia li meritava...ma 8 euro 2 fette di pane bruscate mi sembra veramente troppo...10 euro il vino della casa pure, ma so che funziona così e ci sto...ma andare a cena con la propria donna, mangiando solo 2 secondi e spendere 67 euro comincia ad essere un lusso..
