Vengo spesso in questo ristorante da molti anni e devo dire che è una certezza, sia il ristorante sia la pizzeria. Volentieri lascio questa nuova recensione positiva, ne ho fatte altre in passato. Ieri sera ho gustato un piatto originale veramente squisito: i lombrichelli alla gricia con fave fresche. Che dire? Solo una cosa, io sono umbro e quel tipo di pasta la conosco come umbrichelli, nome sicuramente migliore secondo me.

Conoscevo il ristorante La Valle del Burano per la sua cucina tradizionale locale ottima, ma anche la pizza non scherza. Veramente buona, gustosa e digeribile. Bravi .
