Easy going atmosphere sort of a trattoria immersed in the woods. However the food is of very high quality. We had a beef fillet expertly cooked with black pepper accompanied by fresh vegetables one may get from own garden or an over-the-fire roasted potato that were just delicious. All accompanied by a glass of house wine Est Est Est that was refreshingly sapid and pleasantly leaving a strong herbal aftertaste. We ended up sharing a meringue dessert and complaining among ourselves not having had two portions instead. All in all for about 35 euro each. If you’re in the area around Vetralla try to go there. By the way, there is ample parking space. Enjoy !!!

Every now and then I get the chance to visit this pizzeria, and it's always a pleasure. The location is very pleasant, in the heart of the lush Viterbo countryside. Ample parking is available on-site.
Tables are available both outside, where you can admire a beautiful garden, and inside, where the atmosphere is enhanced by a wonderful painting that I always admire every time I go.
The staff is always very kind and helpful.
I come here for the pizza, both takeout and eat-in. It's large, in fact, huge, so big it barely fits on the plate. It's juicy and flavorful, filled with consistently high-quality ingredients. The dough is thin and soft, the crust shallow and crispy. A delight!

Fabulous pizza, huge, excellent ingredients, and the dough, in my opinion, is the best in the world (thin and crunchy). Nothing is left on the plate. Naturally, the price isn't excessive, on the contrary!

Siamo stati una sera a cena alla Valle del Burano (Tre Croci ) con dei nostri amici. Abbiamo gustato come piatto del giorno ,la mitica Scafata Viterbese, le lumachine di terra in umido e mangiato degli ottimi prodotti locali fatti con amore direttamente da Vincenzo , il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino della casa .
Il proprietario Vincenzo , è una persona simpaticissima e disponibile, il personale è cortese e preparato. Ampio parcheggio
Se passate da quelle parti , fermatevi per una sosta e non dimenticate di assaggiare i dolci "la zuppa inglese" della Lorena .
Noi ci torneremo sicuramente curiosi di assaggiare altri piatti.
