Located in one of Bologna's most characteristic streets, typically frequented by young people, the Pratello piadineria stands out for its work. The location is small, welcoming, and unique, it's family-run, and the prices are decidedly reasonable—but listen up! The quality of the food is excellent, the piadinas are exceptional, and they offer both classic and vegan versions, even with unique twists. Kudos to this family!

I'm just saying...the best piadina, with various doughs, in the Bologna area and also in Romagna.

Last night I came here for dinner with a friend... We ordered three piadinas: Rimini dough with prosciutto, arugula, and squacquerone cheese, which was very good; Ravenna dough with smoked scamorza, speck, and mushrooms; this one was also very good; black dough with ham, scamorza, radicchio, and balsamic vinegar; it was good, but I expected it to be a little more memorable. Finally, we also ordered a red crescione (tomato and mozzarella) with ham, and I must say that this was also very good. The girl at the counter was very kind and friendly, the place was small but still cute and in a central area, and as you might have guessed, I had a great time, so I'd definitely recommend it and I'll definitely be back.
