An excellent option for a quick meal when you're short on time. Or even when you're craving a good piadina. The flavor is all there, and the quality isn't bad at all. In fact, there's a fairly wide and varied selection, some truly delicious. The atmosphere is small, informal, but welcoming, though sometimes a bit claustrophobic when people crowd around the counter, since there's no table service. The prices are quite affordable considering the location. The service is friendly, but sometimes a bit slow.

Due to a flight delay, we arrived in Bologna very late. While waiting for the night bus, we discovered this place open late. The guy was very kind, but even though he was closing, he made us some excellent piadinas!

We arrived late at night due to a flight delay. Since it was the only place open in the city center that could feed us, we managed to grab a piadina, which turned out to be a wonderful late-night surprise: delicious! Definitely worth considering for other occasions as well.

It's my favorite piadineria, a sure thing in Bologna!!! Do you fancy a good piadina? You absolutely have to try one of the delicious piadinas that they prepare for you on the spot. You don't just choose the ingredients, but also the dough. My favorite? LA BRENSA, simply exceptional. A nice, welcoming place, in the heart of Bologna and family-run. The welcome and kindness of the staff make you feel at home. Needless to say, I highly recommend it!!!

Hands down I have to say that this is the best piadineria in Bologna and its province!! The products are excellent. Now a fixed stop every time I want piadina. Try it to believe it!
