La Tua Piadina...al Pratello In Bologna

Last night I came here for dinner with a friend... We ordered three piadinas: Rimini dough with prosciutto, arugula, and squacquerone cheese, which was very good; Ravenna dough with smoked scamorza, speck, and mushrooms; this one was also very good; black dough with ham, scamorza, radicchio, and balsamic vinegar; it was good, but I expected it to be a little more memorable. Finally, we also ordered a red crescione (tomato and mozzarella) with ham, and I must say that this was also very good. The girl at the counter was very kind and friendly, the place was small but still cute and in a central area, and as you might have guessed, I had a great time, so I'd definitely recommend it and I'll definitely be back.

Excellent piadinas and incredibly friendly and helpful staff! The atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for a romantic getaway or a group of friends. The piadinas are all made fresh, served piping hot, and so good we ordered seconds! Well done guys!

My lovely company and I, while visiting legendary Bologna, landed at this oasis of hospitality and flavor, satisfied with a perfectly crafted piadina made with multiple dough variations and fresh ingredients, and served by two friendly and efficient owners. Highly recommended by a lover of Bolognese cuisine.

Here you can try five different piadina doughs: Ravenna, thick; Rimini, thin; Vegan, thick without lard; and Nera and Farro. I'm a fan of thick piadinas, and the Ravenna was perfect, with plenty of filling and excellent flavors. The place is a bit small but friendly, and there's a good selection of wines and beers. Recommended!
