Delicious piadinas with customizable dough rolled out and cooked on the spot, which is also very digestible! I chose the vegan dough which is really very good. The menu is very varied, with a wide choice of vegetarian and some vegan options. The staff is very kind and helpful. At lunch the situation is rather quiet and it was possible to eat comfortably on site, there are some tables inside the restaurant and a couple outdoors. Highly recommended!

Piadina Pratello makes the best piadine I have ever had. A real bonus is that they make their own dough for their piadine on the premises, and cook the dough fresh for every single piadina they make. It doesn't come better than this! They offer a fantastic range of breads for their piadine. There's a choice of five or six breads so everyone's taste is catered for. I LOVE THE RAVENNA BREAD and highly recommend trying this for your piadina BUT also try the other breads as well. They even have a black bread! As for the fillings - there is a vast choice of fillings - too many to mention here. I LOVE THE PANCETTA, PECORINO, RADICCHIO and highly recommend it. The staff are awesome. They are always very friendly, very welcoming and always deliver perfectly cooked piadine. There is a great atmosphere at Piadina Pratello. It has a wonderfully relaxed, rustic vibe. Oh, and they serve a good selection of beers and you can get red and white wines and prosecco. YOU CAN MISS ON A FABULOUS EATING EXPERIENCE here. We're leaving Bologna tomorrow night to return to New Zealand. Of all the great meals we've had in Bologna, nothing beats Piadina Pratello and this is where we're eating tomorrow night for our last dinner in Bologna.

I had been wandering around various central areas of Bologna for hours without finding a piadineria (absurd case, I know). In the end I arrived in one of my favorite areas and I fell in love with this piadina shop: the guy at the cash register is super nice, the atmosphere is very nice, a lot of professionalism and the piadinas are delicious, as well as having various types of dough and really many variations. I will definitely be back!
