The owner, Mario, was super kind, not to mention the talented woman who makes the piadinas, Luigia. I'll definitely be back!

Finger food (from the Romagna nearby historical region) at its best just around the corner from the beautiful Santo Stefano square. Piadine how they should be, tradition and innovation, inspiration and style. Glad it never changed so much since my university time there. Thank you!

One of the best piadinas in Bologna! Hidden among the narrow streets behind the Church of Santo Stefano, a 10-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, it surprises with the quality of its products, its vast selection, and, most importantly, the option to build your own piadina from scratch, even choosing the dough. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for those who don't want to try the usual commercial products sold in the historic center.

The place is in the center of Bologna and it is the perfect restaurant to stop for a typical dish after the long walks around Bologna.
The waiters were very nice and the food arrived almost immediately and it was hot and you could taste that it was fresh food.
I will definitely come back
ps. the only "negative" note is the size of the place (very small and little outdoor space), but you can overlook that

They have been making piadinas here for almost thirty years, and you can tell. The little place is very cute, there are a few seats at a comfortable counter and outside. A huge selection and you can also make your own piadina. I had the “dolce Romagna” with prosciutto, squaquerone and caramelized figs: superb. Then I had a crescione to eat on the train, stuffed with friggione and mozzarella: awesome. I would stop here every day!
