LA TRATTORIA Restaurant is located in Cesenatico, next to the Vena Mazzarini, on Via Garibaldi near the bridge, on the corner of Via De Amicis. On a Sunday evening in mid-July, a couple's dinner, my wife and I returned after several years (many). We appreciated the restaurant's tasteful renovations, featuring a nautical theme, and its stunning location. The service was excellent, with knowledgeable and friendly waiters always available to answer any questions. The family tradition is still carried forward in the kitchen, and the quality of the dishes is evident in the exquisite preparation of each dish, whether it's an appetizer, a first course, or a second course. The seafood options are varied and interesting, but there are also meat dishes. The menu is varied, with various options both à la carte and full menus. We opted for a wonderful Cold and Hot Antipasto for two, which included several samples (6) of raw and/or marinated fish (sardines, anchovies, skate, octopus), a huge pan of mussels and clams, stewed baby octopus, a sample of gratin with a scallop, razor clams, and gratinated mussels. Then, while I stuck to a traditional first course of macaroni with cuttlefish sauce, finger-licking good and especially worth mopping up with the necessary bread, my wife requested a Mediterranean-style skate, generously portioned and delicious. We opted for a local wine, a Chardonnay from Cantina Nespoli, and to finish, a Mojito dessert (very reminiscent of the famous cocktail) and a coffee. The final price of €97.00 is appropriate for the portions, the quality of the fresh fish dishes, and the location. Reservations are recommended as seating is limited, while parking is available in the surrounding streets, several of which are free.

I love this place and I go there as soon as I can! The location is beautiful and the owner is very kind. He makes you feel at home. I've tried everything and I have to say I've never found anything negative. My favorite dish, but obviously it's a matter of personal preference, is the grilled sardines, but the fried food is also worth it, not to mention the first courses... delicious flavors that are never heavy!!! Their Verdicchio in a carafe is excellent, and to finish, the imperial vodka is always the best!! Well done 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Thursday evening. Nice place, recently renovated, well done, in a nautical style. Clean and tidy environment. Discreet, courteous service. Simple but good cuisine. Among the dishes tasted, the risotto was the least successful: decidedly overcooked. Good cold appetizer and sole (fresh).

Ragazzi che dire di questo ristorante. Lo abbiamo scoperto anni fa passeggiando,siamo entrati ed è stato subito amore,gestito da una famiglia stupenda e personale fantastico Cibo perfetto pesce freschissimo,menù vario con varie tipologie sia alla carta che menu completi, il locale sul canale è praticamente di passaggio sulla passeggiata serale Adatto a coppie e famiglie,noi ci siamo stati sia in famiglia che con amici e nessuno a mai trovato qualcosa che non andava bene Ci si vede ad agosto ❤️❤️❤️
