Dopo un giro in moto, siamo arrivati in centro paese e dopo un breve aperitivo abbiamo raggiunto a piedi il locale. Seppur non enorme, è curato nei dettagli dalla mise en place al consiglio su cosa scegliere come pietanze. Io lo valuto molto bene per la ricercatezza e la cura dei piatti scelti e serviti e che dire della signora Marilena simpaticissima. Ho avuto il piacere di intravedere la chef nonché figlia della signora scoprendo solo alla fine che aveva vinto una puntata di quattro ristoranti con Borghese. Beh che dire, se questo non vale come presentazione e è una buona presentazione, mi fanno riflettere le recensioni di chi forse non è abituato a girare per posti e luoghi di ristorazione.
