Right in the city center, an excellent dinner with delicious gluten-free dishes. The staff is extremely kind, fast, and always smiling. It's a shame about the tone the "owner" uses when speaking to his staff; I found it unpleasant and inappropriate.

Restaurant in the center of Vasto, visited for lunch. Very good food, especially the meat, which is excellent quality and grilled. Service is fast (even too fast), so you can eat and go, and the next person comes in. A word of advice to the owner: a little respect for the kitchen staff wouldn't hurt. Chastising an employee for making the wrong salad seems excessive to me.

How can I thank Vasto for its beauty? But I really want to express my gratitude to the restaurant La Transumanza, which I found by chance...a bit by instinct, and how lucky I might add! The kindness, the hospitality, and the food were a true experience for the palate! The cured meats and cheeses I tasted, with their distinct flavors of Abruzzo and Marche... left me speechless! The arrosticini, which I clearly ordered, were amazing! Thank you! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Sono due anni che organizzo dei corsi nella mia città e ho sempre portato le mie corsiste provenienti da tutta Italia a cena presso la Transumanza.Oltre all’ottimo cibo ,un plauso particolare al personale attento,educato,disponibile e ai proprietari che ci fanno sentire a casa ogni volta . Location super consigliata

25/08/2025: I visited this historic trattoria in Castiglione with my whole family. For four days, we had takeout for lunch, as it's always busy, and in the evening, we were completely pampered by Tiziana. As an expert in the sector, I can say that their attention to customer service, the quality of the ingredients, the preparation, and the service are on par with the most prestigious establishments in Milan. Top marks for the fresh pasta and lamb. Ita and Greta

14/09/2025: My opinion is based on the quality of the ingredients, the conviviality, and the welcome I received. I'd like to point out that Mrs. Amalia, the owner and cook, went out of her way, even without seeing me, to make my anniversary special. Greetings also to Mr. Tonino and the waitress. Having said that, I can say that the food here is good. Very good. Without too many frills and culinary falsehoods. You can sense the desire to serve dishes made with love and passion. I highly recommend it. Thank you.
