Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Typical Abruzzo products are truly delicious. The pizza is also very good and recommended. The prices are truly excellent and reasonable considering the quality.

The Transumanza restaurant is located in the center of Vasto, directly across from the fortress. Its cuisine is traditional Abruzzo, with influences from Molise and Puglia. The meat and pasta dishes are excellent, as are the sautéed vegetables and char-grilled potatoes.

Right in the city center, an excellent dinner with delicious gluten-free dishes. The staff is extremely kind, fast, and always smiling. It's a shame about the tone the "owner" uses when speaking to his staff; I found it unpleasant and inappropriate.

Restaurant in the center of Vasto, visited for lunch. Very good food, especially the meat, which is excellent quality and grilled. Service is fast (even too fast), so you can eat and go, and the next person comes in. A word of advice to the owner: a little respect for the kitchen staff wouldn't hurt. Chastising an employee for making the wrong salad seems excessive to me.

Sono due anni che organizzo dei corsi nella mia città e ho sempre portato le mie corsiste provenienti da tutta Italia a cena presso la Transumanza.Oltre all’ottimo cibo ,un plauso particolare al personale attento,educato,disponibile e ai proprietari che ci fanno sentire a casa ogni volta . Location super consigliata

Nicole and her father are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always ready to make you feel pampered from the first to the last minute. Their cuisine is traditional, authentic, and predominantly meat-based, with a truly extensive menu that is meticulously prepared. Among their signature dishes, which I find very special, is the first course: the mezze maniche fantasia—a dish of indescribable deliciousness, creamy, balanced, and rich in flavor, a true explosion of taste that captivates from the first bite 🤩 The last time I tried pizz e foje, a typical Abruzzo dish, I can say with absolute certainty that in 29 years of life I've never eaten anything so good! A place that always manages to surprise you, with authentic dishes and genuine people. Ribot is a guarantee of quality, tradition, and human warmth. Highly recommended for those who love to eat well and feel at home! ❤️🍷

23/09/2025: We had dinner with family one evening on our anniversary during our vacation in Abruzzo. The food was divine, the prices were reasonable, and the portions generous. The setting was scenic, with a beautiful view. The waiter, who I assume is also the competent owner, was very welcoming and warm. Thank you for making us spend a few happy hours.
