A very dear friend of mine introduced me to this place, and I have to say I fell in love: in addition to the sublime raw ingredients, perfectly cooked food, and a very well-kept restaurant, the thing that struck me most was the waiting staff... they were in complete harmony with the kitchen, very attentive to detail, in sync. We were pampered by a wonderful young woman with an absurd charm, very polite, and beautiful.

A temple of meat, with an endless selection of options. Fast and very friendly service. A well-maintained location, perfect for a very pleasant evening. Decent wine list with more than fair markups. Definitely recommended.

A very large restaurant comprising a butcher's shop, a large dining room with modern furnishings, a garden with outdoor tables, and an upstairs dining room. Good-quality meat, grilled, served with grilled potatoes and onions. Fruit and a variety of desserts are also available. A young staff serves tables, and an experienced staff member supervises and directs the dining room. The meat is well-cooked and of high quality.

Great food, great quality and great service.
This place is quite famous in Puglia and there’s a reason for that.
The service provided by the waiters is upon all of the other Braceria (a typical place where you choose your meat directly from the butcher before they grill it for you).
If you want to taste the real meat from our region just choose this place.
