Phenomenal, in every way. The counter is exciting, the service is practical and reliable, and the table service is highly experienced, professional, and welcoming. The meat is excellent, from raw to stewed, and of course, right down to the stovetop. The raw zampina is exceptional. Even the desserts are top-notch. The space is well-organized across three floors. The price is very reasonable. We'll definitely return and recommend.

A pure spectacle. The quality of the dishes is top-notch; the strips were delicious, tender, and flavorful, and the appetizers were simply phenomenal. A special mention goes to the stracciatella, truly delicious, creamy, and fresh like you've rarely found before. The welcome was impeccable: a warm place, a pleasant atmosphere, and extremely kind staff. A special thanks to our waiter, Felix, always attentive, friendly, and professional. Recommended for those who love good meat and want a perfect evening. We'll definitely be back!

The place is truly wonderful and the food quality is excellent, but the dining experience itself is beyond reproach. Unfortunately, the evening was ruined by the matron's behavior. From the start, she was rude and unfriendly. At one point, we were served a dish that wasn't intended for our table; unaware of this, we began to eat it. The matron arrived rudely, saying we'd still have to pay for it, without even attempting to address the misunderstanding with the slightest courtesy (our impression: younger groups seemed to receive less attention and more rigidity than those with older guests). Even when it came to choosing dessert, she seemed very annoyed: while I was deciding, she started rushing us, leaving almost before I could tell her what my order was. A real shame, because the location and the cuisine are truly worth it. With more welcoming service, it would have been a perfect experience. Nothing to say about the rest of the staff!

Best grill I've ever tried, the quality of the meat was exceptional, as was the service... super friendly and helpful waiters. Fair prices for the quality of the place. Highly recommended! Remember: the raw trotter is a must!!! The photo shows the truffle tartare, a delicacy!

A fantastic experience! The meat selection counter is super. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable, knowing how to recommend the best appetizers based on the meat you choose... And I forgot to be... I ate the best sporcamus in the area. 🔝🥇

I remembered it differently, a warmer and certainly less formal environment and then definitely too expensive, well done Blade. In the kitchen yesterday the salt was definitely out, but I'll give it a second chance
