We visited Tradizione Braceria and had a truly positive experience. The quality of the meat is excellent, and you can immediately sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients, with truly tasty specialties and premium cuts that satisfy even the most discerning palates. The cooking was perfect and the flavor authentic. The service was impeccable; the staff were welcoming, professional, and always attentive without being intrusive. We felt at ease. The attention to accessibility was also greatly appreciated, with an elevator that allows access for people with disabilities. The only small drawback was that the dining room downstairs was a bit too noisy, probably due to the chaos of Saturday night. At times, it was difficult to communicate comfortably, even when facing each other. Otherwise, an excellent experience in every way. We'll definitely be back!

A grill that's consistently excellent. Excellent cuts of meat, cooked perfectly and consistently. The side dishes are also excellent. In short, meat lovers will definitely want to return. I return every time I go downstairs...

We booked via WhatsApp, so the booking service was very convenient and fast. The location was really nice and very large. The atmosphere was bright and the lights were not too strong, the room was large and spacious, beautiful and modern. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable, they all made themselves available, nothing to complain about. We had his majesty t bone as in the photo, plus carpaccio, bombette fries with bacon and bombette with nduja... I'll start by saying that the steak was something majestic, a dish not to be forgotten, something that melted just by putting it on your tongue, impeccable quality, top level, practically the best. The Bombette were delicious and large, practically with three bombette you could already be full, a quality that knows no bounds. Let's talk about the carpaccio... I've been to many Bracerie restaurants, but I've never tasted a carpaccio made like this and so good, a carpaccio that's addictive!! The oil and olives they gave us for free were also excellent. Everything was very good, especially the quality. We had also ordered other bombettes, but we realized we'd probably overdone it, so they were kind enough to set aside the rest for takeout. I recommend this Braceria to everyone if you want to eat real meat. "Negative" Note: We were so hungry that we ordered a bit too much. It's a shame the lady at the butcher counter didn't advise us to stop ordering. Excellent prices for the quality they offer. Go there!!!!

A wonderful evening at La Tradizione. The meat was truly delicious: incredibly tender cuts, flavorful strips, and sausage. The fried mushrooms were a real treat, and the desserts were delicate and carefully crafted. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant, perfect for enjoying company. An experience that will make you want to return.

I'd like to express my immense gratitude to La Tradizione - Fornello Pugliese. We came from Warsaw to meet our Italian family, and although we've visited many places, this one will forever remain in our hearts! The quality of the meat is incredible! Nothing in the truffle tartare covered the authentic flavor of the raw material. The steaks were served exactly as we requested. The portions are incredibly generous... When they brought us the veal strips with arugula, I was amazed by the size of the plate... Lemon was the only thing I wanted to add to that work of art, and it was already there on the plate! Honestly, when the truffle meatballs arrived, I was already on edge... but of course I had to try that masterpiece. Like everything else: phenomenal! Excellent beer and quality white and rosé wines. We ended the evening with dessert. I don't even remember what we ordered exactly, but I'm sure any of their desserts are 10/10! A special thanks goes to the staff. The waiters and the guys at the meat counter were incredibly kind. They treated us like old friends! Thank you so much. When I'm back in the area, I'll definitely come visit you! Excellent food, great prices, generous portions, and excellent desserts and appetizers: quality, creativity, and tradition! It goes without saying that the meat selection is excellent. They also offer liqueurs! Highly recommended across the board.
