Lori is amazing! Her and Ricardo are the best hosts. We took her cooking class while in Messina, and it was by far the best experience we’ve had in quite a while. Great food, great service, great company, and great atmosphere. I’d highly recommend to anyone that finds themselves in the area. Their passion, talent, and creativity are unparalleled.

Cucina eccellente, piatti mai banali, personale accogliente e preparato. Quando hai bisogno di cenare con piatti unici, particolari, gustosi e sorprendenti è il posto perfetto. Anche per ritrovare sapori semplici e autentici, scopo primario della loro cucina. Consiglio le frittelle di fiori di zucca e il brasato al vino rosso, incredibile scelta di primi. Sommelier attento alla scelta del vino da abbinare. Da non dimenticare il pane eccezionale 🥖🍷

I attended the cooking course at La Tovaglia Volante during this year and I was extremely happy. Loredana was an excellent teacher, who passed on her teachings to us with passion and dedication

I participated in the basic course of the La Tovaglia Volante Cooking School. Beautiful experience. We indulged ourselves with fish first courses, stuffed pasta, risotto, vegetables, white and red meats, desserts and savory flans. The basic course is also very useful for those who are used to and love cooking. You learn techniques and methods. You learn to organize yourself and be quick... well... I think I'll say it again!

I organized a brunch at home by ordering some appetizers and first courses....it was all delicious and served on platters...my favorite dish was the pumpkin and apple caponata...amazing!!!!

I had a truly one-of-a-kind experience. I took part in the cooking class that the restaurant has been organizing for many years and which I want to recommend to everyone🥰🥰🥰🥰. In addition to learning notions and techniques, you have the opportunity to "get your hands dirty" 😃😃😃; thus managing to really acquire the tricks of the trade. Very satisfied....I will definitely continue the path undertaken🤗🤗🤗
