Stunning view, we were there for an aperitif, everything very nice and welcoming, the only subjective note I would have brought something more to eat for the aperitif, like some rustic for example, but for the rest everything was perfect, congratulations

Finally in Casertavecchia a beautiful and relaxing experience. Excellent cutting board and buffalo burrata. Very good pizza. Spectacular environment and above all the girl Sofia very nice and welcoming with the customers. We will return as soon as possible to try something else. The view mitigates any possible complaints. Having lunch with this view has a price to pay and that's fine. Casertavecchia is a nice discovery. The dining room staff seemed a bit distracted and not very empathetic (they didn't write down the order well, it almost seemed like we were a nuisance, maybe it was a bad day), a bit more waiting even though there weren't many people. Appetizer so-so (good buffalo mozzarella though), first course (fresh pasta with porcini mushrooms) very good, second course to forget (sausage and roast chicken...). On the fixed menu a bit more flexibility on the drink (water is not Coke and vice versa) wouldn't hurt. A liter of house wine 12 euros excessive.

Satisfactory food but a bit overpriced. The pasta was very tasty..However considering the amazing view on the terrace I think it is a good choice. Maybe the best view in Caserta Vechia.

I went to dinner in this restaurant which I immediately noticed because it had this large terrace. My friends and I sit down and they immediately welcome us warmly, after a while I order two platters of cured meats and a bottle of wine, and with great amazement, they served us everything straight away, the platters were very generous, the bread was spectacular, the girl explained to me, who if I'm not mistaken is one of the owners, they make their own bread with the pizza dough, and in addition to the excellent quality cured meats, a spectacular cheese. Afterwards we ordered a couple of central pizzas, I must say the traditional dough, light, and with DOP buffalo mozzarella. A breathtaking view, I fell in love with it. This evening was perfect, excellent food and breathtaking views, we were all satisfied and I will return as soon as possible, I highly recommend it

Sono stata a cenare questa sera al ristorante “LA TORRE DAL CAPITANO”, ho iniziato assaggiando un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, una cosa spettacolare, soprattutto il formaggio, dopodiché ho mangiato una pizza Dop, impasto tradizionale. La cosa che mi ha colpito maggiormente, un panorama mozzafiato, diciamo che questa è stata una serata perfetta, ho mangiato molto bene, e soprattutto sono stata molto bene con le due super ragazze che lavoravano lì che ci hanno fatto fare anche qualche risata. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, lo consiglio vivamente.

La Torre del Capitano is a beautiful place at the entrance to the village of old Caserta with spectacular views especially from the outdoor terrace.... Qualified staff with welcoming and kind family management, especially Chiara who is pleasant to converse with and capable of welcoming you and making herself available to customers with whom you can feel at home.
