The food was authentic and of excellent quality. Lovely family business in a unique setting.

Very good food, from the pasta to the gnocchi and desserts. Very friendly staff, you feel right at home. Good limoncello on the house. All the dishes we ate were very good; we went there three nights in a row. The first night, we hadn't booked, and they offered us a free aperitif until a table became available.

Family welcome, as well as the cuisine. There are no innovative dishes, but a home cooking made with good quality products. The restaurant is a few meters from a terrace with an immense view of Capti

La Torre is on the hills above Massa Lubrense and overlooks Massa and Capri. A spectacular view! As if that were not enough, Amelia and the rest of the staff are professional, courteous, and dealt with the wonderful food and the clients in a terrific manner. Definitely worth a visit (or more than one if you are in either Massa or Sorrento).

I found the food to be quite mediocre here, especially for the price. And the service quite brusque by the proprietor ( the woman) although the staff under her were great.

We had lunch a few Sundays ago at la Torre on the advice of a friend. I must say that the welcome was very cordial and the family atmosphere makes the wonderful place it occupies even more pleasant. The food is of excellent quality both for freshness and preparation. Friendliness and availability are never taken for granted!

In general, all was good...plus the view towards the Capri...

Il ristorante La Torre a Massa Lubrense è molto più di un semplice ristorante: è un luogo dove l'accoglienza ha il calore di una famiglia, e l’atmosfera è così amichevole da farti sentire immediatamente a casa. Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza da un personale sorridente e disponibile, che ha saputo coccolarci per tutto il pranzo. Il panorama è semplicemente mozzafiato: pranzare con vista sull’isola di Capri, tra i profumi della costa , è un’emozione che resta nel cuore. La qualità dei cibi è altissima, con materie prime eccellenti, sapientemente lavorate. Ogni piatto è curato nei minimi dettagli, autentico e raffinato allo stesso tempo. La carta dei vini è ricca e ben selezionata, con proposte perfette per accompagnare ogni portata. Un posto del genere non si dimentica. Ci siamo sentiti parte di una grande famiglia, circondati da bellezza, gusto e ospitalità vera. Torneremo sicuramente — e non vediamo l’ora!

Che dire bravi. Il locale gestito splendidamente da Amelia e la sorella accoglie i clienti con il calore tipico degli abitanti della penisola sorrentina. La vista del belvedere a due passi dal ristorante merita il viaggio a Massa Lubrense. Assaggiato il carciofo alla brace, totani e patate, frittura e scarola con olive. Torta caprese per chiudere. Tutto favoloso. Prezzi adeguati. Consigliato
