We stayed on December 26, 2024 in this restaurant. My wife had venison with polenta and steamed vegetables, very good meat that melted in the mouth, one of the children had tortellini with cream and ham and the other had tagliatelle with venison sauce, also cooked well and tender meat, I had tortellini with However, the mushrooms were cold. I pointed this out to the waiter and went to the kitchen to report it. However, I expected at least an apology from the staff. Instead, nothing and we paid for everything without even a discount or for them to offer a bitter to apologize, but instead nothing. It's a shame, the food is also good, but something needs to be revised in the management towards customers

I've previously picked up takeaway pizza here. After getting it home it was average but I put it down in time to get home. Then I saw a fireplace where steaks were being cooked. I thought I'd come back here and try one of these. That's what I did and unfortunately I have no intention of coming back here for either pizza or steak. The service was quite dry so as not to feel like a loss. The steak was fatty, very rare and cold. I wasted my time and money for the illusion I experienced the first time.
