We ate here on November 14th. The location is very charming and is the highlight. Our steak, tough in some places, made me think it wasn't a first-rate choice, but overall it was very decent. The wine list was a bit disappointing. Not enough choices for a location at the crossroads of Chianti, Montepulciano, and Montalcino. Dinner cost €130 for crostini, 1 steak, 1 dessert, and 1 bottle of wine.

For a few more days, we'll be able to eat in the place that hosted Giogo, Bonetto, Drago, Moderno, and the other extraordinary examples of the native Chianine cattle breed. 🐂🐃🐄
The historic restaurant in the heart of the Val di Chiana is moving from its former stables a few hundred meters away, to the main villa.
We'll certainly enjoy your "poetic food" in a more beautiful and important setting, but we'll be happy to be able to say in the future with a hint of nostalgia: "I was there, in that stable, eating in the place that once belonged to Giogo!" 🍷🥩🥰

A charming place both inside and out. This renovated stable, which retains many of its original features, is one of the most beautiful restaurants I've ever visited. The food is excellent, and the staff are friendly.

Had a fantastic lunch yesterday at La Toraia Ristorante 😋🥩 I couldn’t resist the tartare di Chianina IGP—so fresh and flavorful—and then went with the Giogo Burger 🍔✨ A perfect mix of Tuscan tradition and comfort food. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to! 💯🇮🇹
