In summer it is possible to see second-run films in the Arena 4 Palme, in a "room under the stars" surrounded by palm trees and gardens. The staff is always friendly and available to advise on any discounts (when applicable). If you want to give a gift, it is also possible to buy the multi-entry card which is combined with a small box with some chocolates inside. The only flaw to report is the lack of ashtrays and baskets at the entrance to the structure - where people often stop to smoke -. The Galleria is the cinema for all those who love the big screen and want to stay in the city center, without necessarily having to use the car to reach the other multiplexes.

The waiting room is small and therefore always very crowded

Very comfortable seats. The cinema is also beautiful, but they need to learn to better manage the volume, which is sometimes unnecessarily high and above all the fact that, the moment the credits start rolling, they send the cleaning staff to chase everyone away. The end credits are part of the film, I think we can expect a cinema to have respect for these things.

I couldn't express a negative opinion, beautiful rooms with comfortable armchairs and above all good audio. Online reservations work well, good food service with bar.

The room is human-sized, not very large but very comfortable. Unfortunately, the entrance is chaotic because people necessarily all have to pass through one point to check the tickets. It could be improved.
