Dated restaurant. The food is good, the staff is absent, and the prices are a bit higher than in the area. I don't recommend it.

I've been here before, and this time I had the rosticciana... guys, please cook it better: if it's bright pink inside, it's not pleasing to the eye, but above all, it doesn't have a good texture.
Otherwise, it's good as always. Maybe a little less paprika on the dishes would be better for the olfactory experience.

It was my first time coming to this restaurant, I had a good time, informal atmosphere with good service, reasonable waiting times, right value for money, I will return also because they prepare dishes that other restaurants don't do.

Hi everyone, I'm Raffaele Persello. I had the pleasure of sharing dinner with friends, and overall we had a great time. The indoor dining room is air-conditioned, and they also have a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the Bisenzio River (which isn't much to look at!). The food was fresh and the flavors inviting, and the service staff was also very friendly. The only downside was the owner being a bit prissy and unhelpful.

I stopped here for dinner, and aside from the mosquito-infested wait for my order (which was later shortened thanks to a repellent spray requested and provided by the restaurant), the dinner was good. The tagliata was good and cooked adequately. The fried vegetables were perhaps a little heavy due to excessive frying oil residue, so I didn't finish them due to the feeling of heaviness.
Overall, a good place and definitely recommended.

The food is always top notch. There are historic dishes that you would eat every time you go back, such as pappardelle with scottadito duck, Fritto Dell aia and souffle' (in winter)
It's out of season.
We had fried mushrooms, tagliolini with truffle, tartare with quail egg and truffle and fried flowers and finally pink grapefruit sorbet. Wine, water, coffee and ice cream for 100 euros.... Very high quality. The fried food was crispy and dry and everything in general was delicious. Well done....

I live near this restaurant and since I was a child I have gone there for relatives' birthdays and the like. The staff is kind and professional, sometimes the service can be slow but it is also understandable as the restaurant is often full and the tables are huge. There is a fixed menu and another which is the proposal of the day.
Everything is good, whatever you choose every dish is excellent. Impeccable desserts.
