For a short stay in Ceglie and having to use a smartbox, we chose this hotel. It enjoys a beautiful location, very close to the city, but immersed in silence. The rooms are spotless and the staff are really very friendly. The restaurant is also excellent. I highly recommend everything.

Kindness, professionalism and competence was the first business card. I found the structure on the Smartbox website because I had pinned a Smartbox of One Thousand and One Nights of Relaxation to use. I contacted the facility by phone. The receptionist promptly answered my questions, explained how to make the reservation via Smartbox and everything went smoothly. Within an hour I received the booking confirmation email. Upon our arrival we were greeted with great professionalism and extreme kindness. Our Smartbox included accommodation, breakfast and a spa program. We chose to have dinner at the hotel, paying the difference. The Spa is a real pampering for the body and mind. The rooms are large, clean and well lit without losing intimacy, hospitality and relaxation. Really nice! We also had dinner at the hotel. A real treat for the palate. The dinner alone is worth the trip. Breakfast was also excellent. Certainly for sweet breakfast lovers there was a good variety of biscuits, croissants, cereals, yogurt and jams. Coffee, cappuccino, tea freshly prepared by dedicated staff. The savory breakfast did not have a great variety of choices but what little there was was of excellent quality. We will certainly return to celebrate some anniversary or even just to take a break from the daily routine for a few days. Excellent value for money!

My partner and I stayed for a long weekend at this hotel. The reception, room and housekeeping staff were fabulous. We used the spa all three days and it was relaxing as well as beneficial. The food is not only good but also plentiful. The girls at reception, always nice and professional, also advised us on places to visit and where to go shopping. Thanks everyone, see you soon.
