I contacted Elisa Scala for a birthday dinner with six guests; after offering me two menus to choose from, he put me in contact with Chef Massimiliano who took care of the event.
It was a very positive experience, the menu excellent, refined without being extravagant, the service impeccable, the guests satisfied.
At the end of dinner I didn't have to do anything at all, enjoying the evening from start to finish. I particularly appreciated the availability of the Chef who really dedicated a lot of time to us, taking into account that the evening already started late.
