A beautiful restaurant with fantastic dishes, all focused on local and locally sourced produce. The house wine was also of excellent quality. Extremely friendly service and a beautiful, modern style in an agricultural setting. If you're near Ancona (for example, arriving by ferry), this is definitely recommended.

The staff deserves special praise: friendly, helpful, and attentive to every need, they contribute to creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. A3Passi is an enchanting place that I highly recommend to anyone seeking an escape from the routine, combining the tranquility of the countryside with luxurious amenities and superb cuisine. We will definitely be back!

Friendly service, excellent olive oil (the bottle stays at the table!), unfortunately, the bistecca was partially overcooked...

The first impression is of arriving in a quiet and relaxing place where you'll find hospitality, nature, and flavors. Tasty and original dishes, including strictly handmade pasta for starters, are served, and the presentation is paramount. We'll definitely return, highly recommended.

I was fortunate enough to spend three days in a fantastic location in Ancona: Azienda Del Carmine. The place is easily accessible by car and is surrounded by greenery, among olive trees, cultivated fields, and nature as far as the eye can see. There are two splendid and tranquil pools, one of which is an infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the landscape. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and new; the service is impeccable, with friendly and competent staff. The breakfast, with its delicious dishes, was excellent, as was the dinner. We also tried the company's electric bikes, perfect for a simple yet spectacular excursion, suitable for everyone. The offerings are truly comprehensive: seaside excursions, a shuttle service with a reserved umbrella on the beach, and the ability to easily reach charming towns like Sirolo, Numana, and Ancona for pleasant evenings. The company produces everything it offers directly: fruit, vegetables, meat, oil (truly exceptional!), and even products like chocolate and soap. The quality is evident in every detail. It was an unforgettable experience, made even more special thanks to two precious friends: thank you, Stefano and Raffaella. A place I recommend to anyone who wants to experience nature, relaxation, and authenticity.
