You can taste the richness of the pumpkin cream and the flavor of the shrimp. The seasoning is just right, and the sauce blends well together, creating a delicious overall experience. However, the noodles were a bit undercooked. Even though they're fresh spaghetti, they were crumbled and overcooked, leaving me disappointed with the texture. Other Koreans might not mind since they're not al dente, but as someone who loves al dente noodles, I strongly feel the noodles were overcooked. (I believe even fresh noodles should have an al dente texture.) If you were to ask if I'd recommend this to customers as a guide, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it. However, if you like overcooked pasta, I would. I'm not sure if this was just my experience, but I'm sad to say I won't be back for another visit. Good, relatively small restaurant. Good reviews, but unfortunately, the score was slightly below expectations. The food was good quality, but nothing fancy. Limited drink selection (one house wine (although more per bottle) and one beer). A minor drawback: only ketchup was available and no mayonnaise with the fries.

What more can I say? Top restaurant! I'm Sicilian, and what we ate represents true Sicilian cuisine—homemade and prepared with passion. I recommend it 1000%! Thank you for this wonderful experience and this great discovery. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ♥️♥️♥️

A typical and authentic place, simple yet serving delicious food with real flavors. Very fast service, very friendly waiters. Locals come to eat at Da Simone...enough said.

If you want real Sicilian seafood in Syracuse, eat here. I ordered fried calamari, fries and risotto ai frutti di mare. Every plate showed control and respect for ingredients. The calamari arrived hot and crisp. Light batter. Tender inside. A squeeze of lemon lifted the flavor and kept it fresh. No excess oil. Clean taste. The fries came golden and well cooked. Crisp outside, soft inside. Simple, but done right. The risotto stood out. The rice stayed al dente. Creamy texture without heavy cream. Mussels, clams, shrimp and calamari tasted fresh and balanced. You feel the sea in every bite. The kitchen nailed the timing. That makes the difference. Service moved fast. Staff paid attention. The place felt local and honest. You pay for quality and you get it. Book a table and order seafood. You will leave satisfied.

The seafood pasta was, without exaggeration, the best I’ve ever had — perfectly cooked pasta, incredibly fresh seafood, and a rich, well-balanced sauce that tasted authentically Mediterranean.
