We got a room in an annex. Where it is apparently normal that when it is busy there is little or no hot water. We were advised to eat first and try again later in the evening.

Very nice hotel. The location and environment are great. The hotel has a small pool and a nice landscaped garden. The hotel is decorated in a period style, which contributes to a very pleasant accommodation experience. I definitely highly recommend staying at this hotel. The only downside I would say is that the rooms are not soundproofed, so you are quite disturbed by the noise from the other neighboring rooms. But overall the hotel deserves a 4*.

Very nice villa, good quality breakfast with sweet and savory options. Having breakfast in the garden is spectacular. Large pool and plenty of parking. The location is a bit isolated, you need a car to get around. Possibility to have dinner in the hotel. Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff.

The hotel is a bit far from Venice city but it’s absolutely stunning! The exterior has the nice historical flavor and the interior is modern and new (especially the well functioning AC!). We got the corner room which is more spacious. The staff is very friendly.
