Simple but quality restaurant. Excellent service with extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very passionate staff. Very fresh fish!!! Recommended!!

We were at this restaurant on June 3rd. Courteous and professional staff and excellent food. Dishes offered in limited numbers but of excellent quality including wines. Absolutely recommended.

Everything was perfect, excellent food, very polite and professional service. The fish was very fresh and cooked to perfection, the desserts were amazing and the owner was really helpful. We will return every night.

The menu without the usual tourist dishes? It's a sign that they are sure of their dishes here. The service is top notch, kind and they take the time to explain the dishes and make suggestions. And yes, the food is truly divine...

Una bellissima scoperta . Ieri sera appena arrivati sull’isola abbiamo deciso di provare un nuovo ristorante . La Tavernetta è stata promossa a pieni voti. Ambiente accogliente e i due fratelli , uno in cucina e l’altro ai tavoli ci hanno accolto con squisita gentilezza. Cibo ottimo per qualità e presentazione , torneremo sicuramente.

26/04/2025: Good food, good service, good price, comfortable environment, very nice waiters, cold and detached owner, not pleasant!!
23/01/2025: Like every year, I can't miss going to eat at this farmhouse. The service is familiar as is the food of excellent quality and well cooked at an excellent price (€30 adults, €18 children up to 12 years). You recommend everyone to try them if you come around here.

10/05/2025: Hidden among the nature of Montenero, L'Ingrediente Perduto is much more than a home restaurant: it is an experience. The appetizer with homemade Schiacciata and cold cuts are spectacular. The ravioli were good (but perhaps the weakest dish on the menu) and then the grill with really good potatoes. Normally sweet. But the real protagonist of everything is the homemade bread. If you don't go you'll never know how good it is. Top service, and wonderful location. Definitely worth the trip.
