Very nice establishment, rustic and warm! The staff is adorable and very friendly, honorable mention for the restaurant! Authentic and charming spa which immerses us in the world of wine, a wonderful discovery of the estate. An address to keep carefully, we highly recommend!

I decided to celebrate my 50th birthday in this place with my husband, after seeing it on the site, choosing the private spa. I was amazed, I couldn't have asked for more. They made me have a dream birthday.

The experience overall was pleasant, although in some respects it could be improved. However, I would like to spend this review to compliment the spa service. After an initial misunderstanding about the type of massage, the super professional manager took charge of the situation and tried to please me and my partner, succeeding excellently. We tried the massage again with Irene who delighted us with her hands. I therefore recommend booking treatments directly with the spa or directly with the manager. Thank you for the pleasant days together. Fantastic for those who love cats like me, you will be pampered by Pepe, Spritz, but above all the sweet Cinnamon!

We took advantage of the midweek SPA + lunch package Given that the package offer seemed attractive to me and since the structure had been recommended to me by an acquaintance, I decided to book for my birthday for a relaxing morning. We certainly found excellent home cooking and generous portions; this aspect is definitely promoted. It's a shame the same thing can't be said about the SPA: starting with the changing rooms with tiny lockers and showers where the water isn't regulated (or you'll get burned or freeze). Plus the men's showers have curtains (which stick to you)! Dated bathrobes supplied (mine had holes) and not even an extra towel/sheet to sit in the sauna/Turkish bath The spa has some swimming pools with water that in my opinion are too cold, as well as passageways where poor maintenance is evident. I did not experience a feeling of comfort nor the desire to stay for more than the time available to us which was only one hour due to the rigidity in applying the cancellation policy: unfortunately for our son's health reasons we asked to postpone of one week the reservation paid in advance. Initially there was a categorical no and also with an uneasy tone; subsequently after insisting I obtained the concession of a cancellation with a 50% penalty without refund of the amount, so in order not to lose the credit I would have had to book on another date NOT FURTHER MODIFIABLE! I find the lack of flexibility demonstrated absurd, as well as the lack of empathy. With quite a bit of effort and hassle we confirmed the booking. The value is certainly not higher than what you paid, on the contrary!

Now a point of reference for us. Enchanting place, an oasis of peace and relaxation with impeccable service to say the least. The restaurant is no exception: the food is superb! Bonus point for cat lovers, like myself, the numerous feline "mascots" at reception!

Weekend in this beautiful farmhouse, excellent cleanliness everywhere, very nice spa, everything was very quiet and relaxing, the massage I had was wonderful! Dinner and breakfast were also very good, we will be happy to return!!!

We spent a relaxing day in Monferrato in December. We ate divinely and immediately felt at home thanks to the traditional atmosphere of the location and the attentive and knowledgeable staff. We also loved the spa. We will definitely be back. Thank you with all my heart!

Enchanting place where you forget everything. Superlative attention and attention to detail in every aspect. Restaurant cuisine is addictive.
