a nice tavern with the right size in my opinion, not too many tables and beautiful arches on the ceiling. very good food, one of the few times you order something and when you eat it it tastes like you expected.

Typical Abruzzo cuisine, excellent quality/price, friendly staff. Excellent grill. Small downside: we paid for a mixed salad which they didn't bring us.

Locale piccolo, molto carino e frequentato da persone del posto. Consigliatissime le pallotte cacio e ova e le sagne coi ceci. Spesa totale 15 euro con acqua e bruschette con olio.

We went to this restaurant for dinner during a short holiday in Chieti. The cuisine is typical of Abruzzo: it's a shame that when we went the cacio e ovo pallotte were not available. We had a rich appetizer of cold cuts, grilled smoked scamorza, an excellent sagne and chickpea soup with sweet pepper and a rich assortment of grilled meat and sausage with the inevitable kebabs, all accompanied by an unpretentious but pleasant to drink red wine. In summary we ate well. The servings are very plentiful. The service was fast even though the restaurant was full (booking essential). I would recommend it for its quality and convenience. The only small handicap is that the environment is quite noisy (at least in the area where we were) so it becomes difficult to talk without being forced to raise your voice, which further increases the background noise. For the rest, I repeat, and in my opinion, it is ok.

We had lunch at this restaurant on Saturday 22 February, my son Luciano had booked. We were blown away by the food. First courses rich in flavor and in keeping with the Abruzzo tradition, very generous portions, homemade pasta. The kebabs and side dishes are also excellent. Simple but welcoming environment. The owners are friendly and helpful. Rating 10👏

The menu offers few but quality courses. The staff makes you feel like you are at home. Beautiful evening and excellent dinner. Definitely worth returning
