Excellent food and very friendly staff. The chef and owner, Franco, is exceptional, and the ingredients are all fresh. The dining room is small but very welcoming.

Franco is an excellent host, offering tasty, well-prepared dishes. One of the few restaurants offering raw seafood. The service and atmosphere are excellent. Highly recommended.

A wonderful welcome and a wonderful meal. We hadn't booked, and the chef himself set a new table. Then the dishes came out, mostly truffle-based; it was simply amazing. Bravo, bravo!!

A delicious meal with a salad of fresh and crunchy porcini mushrooms, truffle shavings with just a little salt, pepper and olive oil! A marvel. Pasta dish with tomatoes, bottarga and raw shrimp, very good and subtle.. Charming service, in short, if I return to Carrara, I will go there without hesitation!

30/11/2025: Super fresh fish, generous portions, and a truly exceptional Gran Crudo in terms of variety and quality. Attentive service, with detailed explanations of the dishes. Excellent value, especially considering it's not on the waterfront. Highly recommended for seafood lovers. Second visit to Black Out and absolute confirmation: well-executed dishes and consistently excellent fish. The cacio e pepe pici with fish, the maltagliati, and a rich and incredibly fresh seafood salad are excellent. A reliable and consistent place, worth keeping on your list.
30/10/2025: How exciting! 🎶 Amore Armonico had the pleasure of accompanying the "I do" of a fantastic couple with its music. Breathtaking views, a warm welcome, a high-quality menu, and so much joy—a perfect day to remember! We hope to soon be hosting another wedding at this fantastic location!

19/09/2025: We tried the average "Fidati di Robè" (chef) menu, which included a starter, a second course, a glass of wine, and water for €25. The first course was good, with fresh fish (not much), the second course was good but similar to nouvelle cuisine, and two bites of cod on mashed potatoes... the fish was excellent, but you might wake up hungry.
