Nice restaurant where you eat well, quality and well prepared food. Excellent service. The two of us had two appetizers, one of which was raw fish, and tagliolini with white truffle, with two desserts to finish. To drink, a glass of house white wine and half a liter of house red wine. Super raw fish and also very abundant and this is not always the case. Fantastic white truffle tagliolini. The chef and owner is very helpful and kind. He gave us a little lesson on truffles and also showed us the different types he had. Very good desserts with a mention for the amaretto semifreddo. We spent 137 euros. Super recommended.

From the name I would think more of a trattoria. Instead it is a good restaurant in the center of Carrara, with a decidedly modern feel. Food from land and sea, menu not extensive but rightly so, given the quality and care of the dishes. Prices average 35 to 55 euros each. Why the 4-star environment: it is well-kept, clean, tidy, there's no denying it. But nothing special. Impeccable service. Places both indoors and outdoors.

A Carrara per un evento culturale, sono stato invitato in questo piccolo (una ventina di posti) ma suggestivo locale arredato con marmi del posto. Lo Chef, molto noto in città, ci ha servito piatti con il tartufo coniugato in diverse maniere. Ottimi i dolci e buona cantina di vini. Servizio impeccabile di una giovane cameriera.

Tornati alla Tavernetta dopo parecchio tempo abbiamo cenato con amici a base di pesce.Antipasto con insalata di crudo buona, muscoli ripieni normali, fritto misto normale.Locale carino con servizio buono.Franco è bravo e gentile ma a volte si è mangiato meglio.

We ate saffron risotto with black truffle and exceptional mixed frying. Congratulations to the staff and especially to chef Franco who, with his delights and a brief exchange of words, conveyed to us his passion for cooking and for the territory that hosts his delicious restaurant ❤️
