I went to eat with some friends. Everything was very good. I am celiac and I took the gluten-free carbonara (the one without the bread underneath) and it was really excellent. We waited several minutes, but it was worth it. Excellent service. Recommended for celiac friends!

Despite being a bit of a tight place, the food was incredible, beautifully served and fairly priced. The service was quick and efficient, and a special thanks to Sinda, who was super kind and lovely. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely return!

It isn't easy to find restaurants that aren't only tourist traps in Rome (especially in such a central area), so we were not sure how the dinner would go. However, everything from the antipasto to the dessert was DELICIOUS and worth the price! The carbonara was not made with cream and all of the pastas were cooked perfectly al dente. The plating of the food was both beautiful and practical (as the pasta's tortilla wrap bowls were also a yummy way to eat leftover sauce once finishing the pasta) and each fish was extremely flavorful. The food was not cheap per say, but not unnecessarily expensive either, and we left extremely satisfied. The staff were all VERY friendly without it feeling like they were being nice to sell food. We will definitely be returning!!

The restaurant is located near Piazza Navona but is out of the hustle and bustle. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor tables. You can try a fixed price menu at lunchtime for 25 euros all-inclusive or the à la carte menu. The cacio e pepe rice, spaghetti carbonara, sautéed chicory and Roman-style artichokes are excellent. Quality raw materials and tasteful presentation of the dishes. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. An oasis of tranquility in the chaotic and wonderful Rome. Must try!

En nuestra última visita a Roma llegamos a esta joya escondida para cenar románticamente y de nuevo la experiencia superó nuestras expectativas. Situado en el corazón de Roma, pero tranquilo e íntimo. Dentro y fuera de las mesas. Perfecto servicio personal, personal de habla inglesa. Muy sabrosa comida, buena opción para vegetarianos. Buena carta de vinos y cócteles. Tan feliz que todavía tiene su clase. Muy recomendable. Disfruta!

First of all, the staff—everyone was incredibly kind and professional. We truly felt that they cared about us. My mom has Celiac disease, so we asked about gluten-free options, and it was no problem at all. Even the menu del giorno was available gluten-free, which was a wonderful surprise. Now, the food: absolutely amazing. Good portions, high quality, and every dish was delicious. Everything was served together, so we didn’t have to wait. The prices are very reasonable, and the ambiance—both indoors and outdoors—is just perfect. Antohes big plus is the location: right in the city center, but on a quieter street, so you can enjoy your meal without crowds of tourists peering over your plate. A perfect spot in Rome. Thank you so much—we were very happy to have our Easter lunch at your restaurant.

Piccolo gioiellino culinario tra i vicoli del centro storico romano. Il locale è piccolino quindi è consigliabile prenotare (con thefork risparmi pure) ma l'accoglienza è superlativa così come il cibo. Consigliato lo stinco ed il polpo. Apprezzato l'omaggio del limoncello alla fine. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo

31/05/2025: I must say we had a pleasant evening, waiters, friendly owner and nice classic (Roman) place. We ate well and spent the right amount.
31/05/2025: We had lunch for two in this family-run Osteria with excellent traditional Roman cuisine. We had a first course of pappardelle with hare sauce of exceptional goodness and strozzapreti artichokes and bacon with a more delicate flavor and scented with Roman mint, equally excellent. As a second course, the legendary coda alla vaccinara, very soft and tasty, and the boiled meatballs. The house red wine paired perfectly with the courses! A special mention for the artichoke to the jury, simply perfect! To conclude these superlative courses, we tasted the desserts: zuppa inglese with honors and tiramisu on the second podium of honor. The host Mr. Massimo, who followed and advised us for the entire choice of dishes, proved to be a very knowledgeable person and a careful connoisseur of the various specialties. We will definitely return and I recommend trying it, you will not be disappointed!
