This is our second visit, and we were thrilled again. Local, seasonal cuisine at its finest, with new dishes and combinations every time. Absolutely recommend it!

Nonostante il titolo "taverna" non ha tavoli all'interno, quindi si mangia nei viottoli adiacenti al ristorante e d'estate a pranzo non si sta' benissimo. Il servizio è codiale ma il menù è troppo limitato ai piatti tipici del posto quindi è bene consultare il menù prima di andarci. C'è da sottolineare che comunque si sono adoperati per modificare una insalata a nostro piacimento che era molto ricca, quello che mi ha deluso è stato il baccalà con i peperoni cruschi che ai me erano duri e per niente cruschi, il baccalà praticamente quasi non pervenuto, infatti il sapore era molto ma molto delicato. Conto Medio alto e 3 € di coperto sono davvero troppi per tovaglietta e tovaglioli di carta.

04/09/2025: The dish I recommend, and which I've eaten twice, is the Dolomite lamb, tender and flavorful. The rosé I posted was a good wine. The ricotta dessert was also good, and they even accommodated me with half portions. It's just a shame they don't use the large panoramic terrace in high season.
03/09/2025: The service is good, and the food is meant to mimic, but not too closely resemble, gourmet cuisine. The price is too high, but without elaborate or difficult-to-execute dishes, making it unjustified. Finally, the only available suite is priced at €500 a night...a real disgrace, given that it's only occupied (according to the owner) for about twenty nights a year.

Il Giardino di Epicuro

05/10/2025: If you're after something different from your usual Italian spot, this is it! The food is super authentic and homemade - generous portions, too. The homemade wine and pasta were amazing. We had an awesome time and felt so welcomed!
28/09/2025: Unfortunately, the restaurant was apparently closed at short notice. The drive to the restaurant is exciting and winding.
