The quality of the products, the service. One of the best restaurants that I’ve ever been.
Completely forgot to take pictures even making a living out of that. Just got a couple of the desserts.
Try it out, you won’t regret it.
16/02/2025: This is the second time I have been a guest in this restaurant. Attracted by the first visit in particular by the lasagna, this time rearranged but in my opinion worse, nothing to say about the presentation even if I would leave the little flowers alone! They had no consistency, they melted, the pasta should be slightly thicker, good flavor but they are not Bolognese lasagnette! The tagliatelle are good and have long strips. The cod was good, even if it wasn't well boned, steamed well, but the accompanying vegetables were inedible, the pumpkin broth was delicate but not suitable (for my tastes). Trifle, a tile, good presentation, but for me, the soup must be soup! Cutlet, MontbBlanc presentation (not for me), good meat. A welcome plate wouldn't be bad! Personal criticism (in a good way) of the chef, too much confusion (he has worked and it shows in different kitchens) in preparing the food he is focused first and foremost on the presentation, paying more attention to the ingredients in terms of consistency and getting closer to the real Bolognese cuisine. Prices normal but tending to be expensive.
