The food is very good and is ordered via QR code. The service is good, but could be better. Outside, it's a typical Italian restaurant in a side alley, but there was a bit of a strange smell. On the other hand, you're not directly on a tourist strip, which has its charm.

Frankie… zero flop, good undercarriage. Not sure if it is but tasted like sourdough. Really good flavour. Well worth a visit south of the river

A quick Sunday lunch during a short stay in Pisa. The taverna is located off the beaten track, away from the tourist bustle. The walls are decorated with photographs of Italian film stars. We ordered pizza and tagliatelle ragu pasta. Neapolitan pizza with anchovy. The dough is thin and well-baked, and the pizza tastes very good. I highly recommend it.

A great place in Pisa. I went for lunch and then came back for dinner. I ordered pasta in the morning and pizza in the evening. Both options are highly recommended. I loved the bread they serve with the pasta. The waitresses were both very friendly and kind.

L'Officina della pizza

29/09/2025: For me, it's one of the best pizzas in Pisa. Excellent selection of ingredients, the option to choose the type of pizza or flour, the quality of the beers is varied and very good, and the staff is also kind and friendly. Of course, everyone has their own tastes and everyone has their favorite place. But since I've been eating pizza at the Officina, I haven't had it anywhere else.
10/09/2025: Delicious pizza, fast service, friendly and efficient staff, beautiful place. We really had a great time! Well, what can I say... we'll definitely be back!!!
