La Taverna is a good trattoria in the center of Orbetello. There are outdoor tables outside the entrance, convenient for a snack with an appetizer and a glass of wine, but you can also stay for lunch or dinner. Inside, the restaurant is simple, with friendly, basic service. The menu offers a good selection of both meat and fish. The fried anchovies are excellent, and the pizza is good. An unpretentious place where you can be sure of good food at a good price. I'd love to return.

The entrance is a bit dark, but the interior is much more spacious and bright. Enjoyed the daily specials, all excellent. The warm bread was a plus. Fast and courteous service. Highly recommended.

On a bike tour near Orbetello, we stumbled upon this pizzeria and immediately booked a table for the evening – what a stroke of luck!
A typical pizzeria with a perfect Italian atmosphere and plenty of charm. The food was excellent: the gnocchi were wonderfully fluffy with a deliciously aromatic tomato sauce. For our main course, we enjoyed crispy pizzas – pure Italy! Local seafood dishes were also on the menu, which we didn't try this time, but they sounded very tempting.
The service was also excellent. The owner clearly enjoys his guests and is very enthusiastic about what he does. Many locals and regulars were there that evening – always a good sign for us.

Excellent trattoria.
Traditional dishes, especially fish, are very good and well-prepared.
Excellent seafood appetizer and one of the best fried foods I've ever eaten.
Friendly, kind, and helpful staff.
A family-friendly atmosphere.
Family-friendly.
Located in the historic center, paid parking is a stone's throw away.
The only downside is that the pizzeria isn't open for lunch.

Everything's good at the Taverna for those of us who frequent these places... do I use it to rewrite clumsy experiences? Fantasy and focaccia... ungrammatical and rosemary... a sweet song by Tiromancino was playing on the radio... there's no one answer for everything⭐
