Bar / restaurant only. Bloody excellent!! A little more expensive but absolutely incredible staff and the food is wow. Wish we had stayed at the hotel too. The bar area inside and out was buzzing and fully booked out!

That day, our car was not equipped with snow tires due to the negligence of the car rental company, so our car got stuck on a certain mountain. After a kind person sent us to this hotel, the hotel receptionist was very enthusiastic to help us contact the car rental company and inform us The weather conditions for the next day also helped us book a driver to take us back for the next day (the driver was also very nice and kind) They also helped us upgrade our room type and recommended some restaurants to us that day (although I was not in the mood to eat that day, I was very grateful for the hotel's help at the time) We expect to go to cortina again in 2026 or 2027 and look forward to seeing you again. Thank you !

What a gem! Impromptu stay, lunch dinner and breakfast at this hotel. Staff wonderful and booked again before leaving in the morning.

Recommended restaurant from every point of view, managed not by chance by the squirrel refuge. The staff is friendly, the service is well organized and efficient, and finally the dishes are exquisite and attention to every detail is taken into account. Some elaborate and particular, others more classic. Advised.

Il Meloncino al Caminetto

02/08/2024: Sent there by recommendation yesterday. Perfection from start to finish. Great bartenders, superb location, beautiful decor and most of all, exquisite food. The prices are somewhat higher but worth every penny. I ate onion spaghetti and raspberry muffin, my husband ate some mest and bluberry cheesecake. Cheesecake was really extra! Forgive my pictures of muffin, it looked better in reality🤓 Oh and let’s not forget the croquettes! Super tasty.
25/03/2024: La struttura appare di sera come un luogo magico, quasi alla sommità di un'altura, valorizzata da mille luci, molto scenografiche. La location risulta altrettanto spettacolare all'interno, con arredi almeno in parte in stile ampezzano e un camino illuminato in modo magnifico. A noi sono piaciute anche le pelli che rivestono le sedie. Il cibo provato è risultato eccellente, in particolare la pancia di maialino è squisita; notevole l'insalata di carciofi e pecorino; meraviglioso il babà servito flambé. Personale competente, gentile, motivato e molto disponibile: il servizio in effetti è risultato impeccabile. Prezzi alti, com'è logico aspettarsi; un solo rilievo in merito ai ricarichi sui vini, veramente forti (potrebbero essere un po' più contenuti...).
