Everything was wonderful, delicious, and the prices were super affordable. Daniela was super nice, plus we had a problem with the van, and she found us a great local garage. We felt right at home.

excellent...perfect...a real tavern with generous dishes, excellent, not a tourist trap...it's the first restaurant since our 5-day stay that has delighted us in every way...discovered by chance because we are at the hotel on scandicci..very good go for it!!! DANIELA the waitress is wonderfully kind and MARCO the cook is perfect too...

Family atmosphere, excellent food. Very kind to our children who ended up playing hide and seek in the room. So, I thank you and apologize for the confusion, but it was for a short time before leaving. The pizza is also excellent.

What a beautiful restaurant. Simple but at the same time excellent. Very friendly staff and excellent food. I recommend the mixed grill... Which is photonic!!!! PS you can't joke about fish anyway... Well done, well done...

IL CASTAGNO

17/08/2025: I went with my partner and mother-in-law at the end of May. It was an excellent dining experience at a place run by young people who clearly put passion into what they do, from the kitchen to the service. Refined dishes, a delight for the palate and the soul! We left truly satisfied. We'll be back soon with friends to share this gastronomic experience with them. The prices are in line with the service and the dishes presented.
15/08/2025: It's under new management, and I hadn't tried it yet. I have to say, we had a great time! We were immediately welcomed by the friendly and welcoming staff. The rustic, minimalist setting is very charming, and the dishes are truly delicious! (The cold cuts are excellent; we fell in love with the sorpassata... it melted in our mouths!) The prices, for the quality, are truly excellent! We'll definitely be back!

30/07/2025: We ordered take away pizza and it was the best pizza ever. The owner was really kind and even gave us a little gift. Love the hospitality of the Italians! You won't regret ordering a pizza here!
