Hi, I'm Alma, I'm 7/8 years old and I'm with some friends of my dad and mom and also mine. We ate very well, the best tagliatelle with ragù after my grandma's. I admit, I've never eaten better and I didn't tell you I'm Italian and even if it took a while to get there, it was worth it, everyone was super kind, well done.

A wonderfully authentic and warmly run taverna! This is our fourth time in the Civitella area, but this is our first time at the wonderful taverna run by Luigi and his team: outstanding food, great wines, and a warm welcome! A visit and a wonderful dinner are a must on every stay in Tuscany from now on 👍🏽

Halfway "tavern"...
It's definitely worth taking a bucolic break under the portico, warmly welcomed and savoring the flavors of authentic products, carefully prepared and plated.
The prices on the menu are a bit over the top for a home-style atmosphere and service.
These discrepancies prevent me from giving it a top overall rating.
If I were to find myself in the area again, I'd gladly return.

We've been to the Taverna for the fourth year in a row. A lot has changed this year, so the 5 stars are more than justified. This is due to the improved service and the warmth that goes with it. We were truly welcomed for the first time. The atmosphere with the fields in front of it is simply wonderful. There's not much to say about the food; it has simply been excellent over the years. The carbonara is simply the best I've had in Europe so far. My wife was also thrilled with her food. We will be back at the Taverna next summer.

We've been there before, no complaints. Perhaps the management has changed; the food has remained the same quality, but the service is poor. The girl, seemingly attentive, actually puts on a mocking smile, just a façade. We started eating without water and wine, even though we'd ordered them. The bill was even worse...again, due to the girl's attitude.

Il piatto tipico maremmano solo con un accenno di ripieno.No lemosinate perche i clienti se ne accorgono,specialmente chi come me lo frequenta il ristorante da molti anni. Ultimamente ho notato che c'è poca passione nei piatti. Non si vive di rendita se non ci si impegna.
