I've been to Taverna delle Follie several times and have always had a great time. The location is beautiful, especially the outdoor garden, which becomes cool and pleasant in the evenings. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, something that's not so common in Italy. And the food is truly excellent! I've tried various dishes and they've all been special. The portions are huge!!

Donato, the owner, together with his impeccable staff, always manages to offer a gastronomic experience that lives up to expectations, with professionalism and passion. The entry into the Michelin guide is the deserved recognition of a refined cuisine and meticulous attention to every detail. The wine list is a true praise to the quality and the wide selection, curated and capable of enhancing each dish offered with combinations studied down to the smallest details. Every visit to Taverna delle Follie is a confirmation of excellence, a five-star experience that I warmly recommend to anyone who loves quality seafood cuisine

In a corner of the world, almost forgotten by God, you discover one of the most important culinary experiences in the Caserta area, the menu proposals are of high quality, furthermore the raw materials follow the seasons expertly enhanced by the kitchen. Not least the welcome and preparation of the waiting staff attentive to every request and possible food problem.

I was lucky enough to spend an evening in this beautiful location in the name of serenity and lightheartedness, thanks to the managers and staff who welcomed me and my dear friend Bea, pampering us with attention and professionalism. The raw seafood is excellent and well presented. Refined cuisine at the right level but certainly not lacking in substance and quantity. You can immediately sense the quality and freshness of the dishes. Those of us who went for fish throughout the dinner were never denied by the omnipresent common thread throughout the evening, namely: quality, freshness and generating emotions in tasting every single dish. The waitress deserves a note, impeccable and professional I dare say.....High level. We will come again

We had lunch in the Taverna delle Follie on the occasion of our wedding anniversary. Cozy place, very clean bathrooms, excellently cooked food, excellent quality raw materials, the girl who served us very kind, polite and professional. Fish-based lunch at fair prices, excellent desserts.

Posto piacevole, personale gentile , cibo ottimo, consigliato soprattutto per feste private e momenti romantici.Ritorneremo sicuramente.
