There are no other words to describe it: everything was simply exceptional.
The quality of the food is superior: every dish is prepared with attention to the smallest details, using the freshest ingredients that bring out authentic and refined flavors. The cuisine was truly excellent, one of the best I've had in recent memory.
What makes it all perfect, however, is the balance with the service: the quality of the service was impeccable, and the entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely kind, making the lunch more than enjoyable.

We chose this restaurant by chance and it was a perfect choice. The welcome was excellent, the food was good, the service adequate, and the quality/price ratio was excellent, considering that the dishes are all refined and very unique. Highly recommended!

Historic restaurant in Montelupone, with friendly and courteous service. The risottos are excellent. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

The rating is good, but the slow food concept isn't based on the wait time; we waited an hour for our first courses from the moment we ordered. It's not the first time I've eaten here (the risottos are spectacular). So, good food, but epic wait times. It's a choice.
