Montelupone is a dive into beauty. The village square has an almost scandalous charm. It's always us. A Brancaleone army always on the prowl for trouble and food and wine thrills. Tonight we're having dinner at the Taverna dell'artista. The place is welcoming, and the young men and women running the service know the art of hospitality. They smile, and this leads to a more than positive review. The tagliata was exquisite, and the lamb was uniquely delicious. Generous portions, but I devoured everything. Clogs included. The tiramisu was fabulous, so good we all went to the kitchen and kissed each other. So to speak. Average prosecco, served correctly in its ice bucket. Discreet and enjoyable background music. What can I say? A pleasant evening. Wonderfully Italian.

An overwhelming selection of dishes; we tried a first course with truffles and porcini mushrooms, EXCELLENT. The sliced beef was incredibly tender. I had the pizza, delicious.

I'm responding here, since I can't do so on the portal itself, to a review submitted on a well-known booking portal, to which the restaurateur responded with a snide tone.
The wording on the menu is misleading because, in Italian, a list of ingredients separated by commas within a sentence corresponds to a list of ingredients that one would expect to find individually in the recipe. Otherwise, the wording should have been: "Risotto in crema composta da..." followed by a list of the ingredients included in the cream.
Therefore, to avoid misunderstandings, it is necessary to either correct the wording on the menu or modify the recipe itself.
The restaurateur's emphasis in his response to the review therefore appears misplaced: accusing a customer of not reading the menu, when in fact there was an error in compiling it, denotes animosity and arouses suspicion. Qualitative considerations must always prevail over quantitative ones, and the number of risottos sold is not, in itself, a sufficient indicator of the quality of a dish.
My experience in the culinary field has led me to frequent risotto restaurants in numerous places where the risotto tradition was born, including Risotteria Ferron, whose excellent raw materials you use. Therefore, pointing out this misunderstanding falls within the right of criticism enjoyed by every customer, without the intention of harming any business.

Hi, I'm Giacomo. I just moved to Montelupone a few weeks ago. To celebrate my birthday and the house I just bought in Montelupone, I organized a lunch with friends and family. What better place to eat than the artist's tavern, just a stone's throw from home? 😄!! Incredible food, fresh ingredients, and everything so delicious that my relatives said they would come visit me every two weeks with the excuse of coming back to eat here!

Siamo stati ospiti per una festa di comunione di nostro nipote. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo mangiato eccellentemente! tutto a base di carciofi dall'antipasto al dolce! Tutto molto gradito. frittura iniziale sia di carciofi che classica molto croccante e per niente unta. Risotto strepitoso con crema di carciofi, spolverata di liquerizia e gelato al caramello salato, un contrasto freddo e cremosità mai provato. Torneremo sicuramente
