We loved it. The place is a very well decorated cave that takes you back in time. The menu is typical of the area and accompanied by local wines. Thank you Eva for your work in the kitchen and of course to Aurora who welcomed us with great professionalism, always trying to serve us with wonderful friendliness. These words serve to value your work.

Restaurant in the center of Volterra where we ate a wonderful Florentine steak; the restaurant has 2 very particular and welcoming underground rooms. Very kind staff. We will definitely be back

We spent New Year's Eve in this place. Top quality food with kind and attentive service. The wine list also features top quality products. Truffle pappardelle with Tuscan ham, salted ricotta and lemon, pici rigati with ragu sauce, a nice Florentine steak for 2 and as dessert tiramisu on a base of cantucci and mascarpone cream with fig jam. All accompanied by an excellent 100% Sangiovese. We licked our chops… See you next time... which won't be missed!!

Buona cucina tipica, ottimi i taglieri, e buonissimo il filetto al tartufo. Molto suggestivo l’ambiente fatto di tanti piccoli spazi, molto gentile il personale. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Very nice location, average culinary offer. It's a shame because it wouldn't take much to reach higher levels: pici cooked a little too much, anonymous desserts... the presence of the owner raises the average

11/02/2025: It was really lucky to find a place like this, close to the away venue, where we were able to have lunch for 4 days in a row. A gastronomy with daily variations on the menu, dishes studied and all delicious. We were welcomed very well by the restaurant manager Rebecca and the chef. Tastefully furnished room. Congratulations guys, if I come back to Pisa I will gladly come back and recommend it to my friends! Fair prices and in line with the quality and variety offered.

08/03/2025: We had lunch in this simple place with a more refined exterior and interior. Very friendly staff and good dishes. I saw some tartares and pasta passing by which were not only plentiful but also very inviting. My fry was good although a little oily, my partner's cutlet was a nice portion of a common cutlet.
