17/11/2024: Very intimate location, in a side street of San Gimignano.
Welcomed with courtesy and professionalism, we opted for the 7-course menu with matching wine pairing.
Very well done Tuscan themed amuse bouche.
Excellent bread service: really good flaky bread and tomato focaccia.
Let's move on to the appetizers: scallop with aubergine in 3 processes and peach, calamari lampredotto with squid garum and green sauce, and finally red snapper meunière and friggitelli (WOW!!)
As for the first courses, pepper and robiola risotto from Roccaverano and agnolotti stuffed with mussel cream and Vernaccia, truly excellent.
As a second course we were served a pigeon Wellington with sausage, cuttlefish and squid ink sauce, nothing short of spectacular.
As a last course: chocolate nest, ganache, brewer's yeast ice cream and eggnog, really well done.
Congratulations to Letizia for the choice of wines and for the truly impeccable service, to the owner Ardit and to the chef Elvis for the choice of raw materials and their use. Well done everyone!
09/11/2024: A truly beautiful evening in a stunning setting, within the walls of Sangimignano. In this restaurant I tried a new culinary experience, ingredients that blended together, wonderful flavors, I really recommend it to everyone. Excellent choice of wines and bubbles, The staff is really friendly, Professional. I'll be back.
