Food and service was top. The atmosphere was also very nice, only the knives could be a little sharper😉

Top Roman cuisine, very welcoming and helpful owners, I was there for Christmas and I tasted the typical Roman dishes as well as the pasta carbonara, all very good, I will definitely be back

It's a shame that when a restaurant becomes popular, with people queuing to get in, something changes in the owners' mentality and their work ethic towards customers. The customer becomes less important because they know that he is replaceable and that even if he doesn't come back it won't be a problem for them. The food was good, but the wait to be served was long and we were ignored for at least 30 minutes before we were noticed or our order was taken.

Locale semplice con personale professionale, gentile e attento alle esigenze di ogni singolo cliente. Nonostante fossimo in tanti, il servizio è stato perfetto e tutti gli ospiti sono stati serviti prontamente. Ricchissimo l’antipasto con prodotti di altissima qualità (tagliere con 4 tipi di salumi, 2 di formaggi da accompagnare con marmellatina o miele, golosa burrata, bruschette al pomodoro, verdure grigliate, succulenti fagioli e ben condita trippa). Due gli assaggini, che poi erano vere e proprie porzioni, di cremosa carbonara e giustamente al dente amatriciana. Strepitosa e nota di merito, alla coreografica bisteccona perfettamente cotta, sporzionata e servita, a mo’ di tagliata, su piatti di ghisa sempre caldi. Appetitose le puntarelle, piccantina la tenera cicorietta ripassata e ben arrostite le patate al forno. Un ristorante che consiglio caldamente e dove sicuramente tornerò per assaporare altre pietanze, certa dell’alta proprietà delle materie prime. Complimenti a tutto lo staff e grazie a Carmelo che ci ha anche consigliato dove poter parcheggiare.

Busy restaurant so may need to book. We went on a Tuesday night and only just got in. Meat focus so not for Vegetarians / Vegans . A large cut of beef cut and carved at the table...hot plate the used to ensure meat is good tk order. Nice beef and good atmosphere. Out of tow i residential area. Warm friendly staff . Reasonable price
