A very welcoming place, it's a shame we don't have one near our house in Rome, so we could go more often. The food is excellent, even the pizzas have sophisticated flavors and are well-made, and the service is friendly and knowledgeable.

I was staying at a few towns over (Toffia) and was really struggling to find a gluten free hot meal. I decided to make reservations here and I am so glad I did! The best meal I’ve had in a very long time and the service was excellent.

Excellent restaurant, I've been there two nights in a row, having tried others in the area that aren't quite as good.
Special appetizers with natural and refined ingredients, excellent first courses, fabulous meat-based main courses, and mouth-watering homemade desserts!! They also make pizza, but we didn't order it.
If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely stop by again.

We came here for dinner without too many expectations and found delicious dishes made with genuine, local, and high-quality ingredients. There's a wide selection of wines, some very important and, in my opinion, too expensive given the overall context. The restaurant is well-kept and renovated. I recommend reviewing the sign because it doesn't reflect the place, which is more than just a pizzeria. For those who want to enjoy refined dishes and excellent pizza, this is a great place.

Enchanting place, incredibly delicious food. My wife and I went for dinner at the end of July, and we had the best meal we've had in a long time. Friendly and helpful service, lovely, cozy atmosphere. Fair price, highly recommended!

Un angolo della Sabina dove i sapori della tradizione si incontrano nella modernità di raffinati piatti reinterpretati, ben cucinati e impiantati con un tocco di classe, materie prime di alta qualità.
Se poi si vogliono assaporare piatti che mescolano la tradizione Sabina con i sapori di montagna delle Dolomiti consiglio lo Gnocco 2168 e i Tagliolini al guanciale di Sauris. Da non perdere però le polpette alla giudia, un secondo caratteristico.
L’ambiente è piacevole, nella campagna Sabina. Il servizio impeccabile, personale attento e cordiale. Lo consiglio vivamente !
