I returned to this gluten-free restaurant: expectations maintained and largely satisfied. Rustic environment therefore simple, spacious and welcoming. Ample parking. Every dish, from starters to dessert, was well prepared and presented, a true explosion of perfectly balanced flavours. Impeccable service. Attentive and friendly staff. A Guarantee. Super recommended. Don't miss it!

Sono ritornata in questo ristorante senza glutine: Aspettative mantenute e ampiamente soffisfatte. Ambiente rustico quindi semplice, spazioso e accogliente. Ampio parcheggio. Ogni piatto, dagli antipasti al dolce era ben curato e presentato, una vera esplosione di sapori perfettamente bilanciati. Servizio impeccabile. Personale attento e cordiale. Una Garanzia. Super consigliato. Da non perdere!

On Sunday 22 December, going towards Greccio, we stopped for lunch at the Taverna del Tiranno without booking and we were welcomed without problems (there were only us before the arrival of a booked table) in a warm environment, with the scent of the fireplace and food, soft lights, Christmas tree and Christmas music in the background. The service was fast, kind and attentive. They brought us hot bread fresh out of the oven and brought it back to us without asking when we finished it. There is choice, but not infinite because they work on quality. Strangely, the latter cost less than the former (around €9/10 versus 11/14). For 1 divided starter, 2 first courses and water we spent €45. The portions are not large, but everything is very tasty.

A lovely place, friendly and helpful staff, a truly fantastic experience, the food truly excellent, I highly recommend coming and trying their cuisine!! Excellent value for money, very happy to have had dinner here! See you soon!!

Excellent restaurant in the heart of Sabina, we ate vegetarian meatballs, excellent, selection of cheeses, excellent, meat cooked with excellent wine, pasta with anchovies to be improved with little grit and too much water. Good homemade bread. We spent €40 per person with a glass of red wine. Internal environment to be improved, given the excellent cuisine. Given the quality of the food, the bill was correct.

Pleasant experience, the menu is very clear and allows you to know which vegetarian and gluten-free dishes are available. Friendly staff, moreover, if you are in the company of your four-legged friend, he is also welcome!

We were two couples and spent November 1st in Sabina. Due to a problem, we found ourselves having to call at the last minute to book a table and they were very kind in welcoming us even though the kitchen was close to closing. The place was a very pleasant surprise: surrounded by nature, with donkeys that make the atmosphere truly special, and the tables inside are also very well looked after, immediately giving an excellent impression, then confirmed by the food which was excellent, you could feel the freshness of zero-mile raw materials. Furthermore, it was even more surprising to discover that almost the entire menu could be replicated without gluten and lactose, with attention to contamination and separate preparations therefore super inclusive towards those with particular dietary needs (and this is absolutely not a given!) We also tasted two different wines, both excellent and from a Lazio winery, therefore always in line with the territory. Finally, the bill was absolutely fair compared to everything we ate. I would like to underline the kindness of the staff, which made the experience even more beautiful... SUPER APPROVED!

Very nice inn...simple and familiar...we ate outside on the porch, it almost feels like a Sunday lunch at home...with attention to detail but at the same time simple and friendly.....there is an air of serenity like staying in your own house.....tasty food, simple but beautiful at the same time revisited.....a stone's throw from the fair, a nice little place....friendly staff, helpful and professional.....note of I deserve no problem if we have our 4-legged friend with us......thanks for your hospitality and see you soon.
