Visiting and eating in this place is like a short journey through time and the culinary culture of our country. Location curated in detail with care and imagination. The owner was very welcoming. Excellent food for the sight, the stomach and the heart. High quality raw materials and combinations. A gem: the handcrafted glass decanter made by a diamond cutter directly in Africa, top!

Wonderful location, with the tables outside you have a spectacular view, the food and wine very good. I can't say anything about this. The service, however, loses a lot. You can have participated in any television program you want but one thing must be there: the welcome. I come from outside and visited Fiuggi as a tourist and I did not enjoy my lunch at all because of the behavior of the gentleman, who I believe is the manager (or at least the manager). He complained that instead of 4 people there were 3 and that we had created an inconvenience for him, I honestly don't understand what difference it could have made to him... Then, they continued to ask us several times if we had finished eating while we had a plate full of pasta and were eating as if to chase us away. To conclude, when we had to pay we had asked to split the bill by 3, he replied that only one person had to pay and that we had to sort it out ourselves (intended in the sense of returning the money to the person who would pay for everyone). I don't think that is the right behavior to have, especially if you work in contact with people. We are still customers and there must always be a relationship of cordiality and welcome. In this case it was the opposite and I am truly sorry: if this restaurant was managed with a different service it would be perfect and I would recommend it to everyone, but unfortunately it is not so.

The place is gorgeous! The service is outstanding. The food is local, with the best quality ingredients, and a care about every single detail is everywhere! I highly recommend it! It was too much for me, but I still finished it all and even tried a desert. The environment is amazing, the food is yummy and the service was great!!!

Siamo tornati a mangiare in questo ristorante dopo tanti anni e ne è valsa la pena. Curato nei minimi particolari è un angolo di storia all'interno del centro storico. Ci sono anche tavoli esterni, ottima soluzione nella stagione giusta. La cucina è carica di gusto e ben assortita con funghi, pancetta, ottimi formaggi, salumi, carni e contorni di stagione... Tra i dolci: fantastico il tiramisù con fondo di amaretti imbevuti di caffè... Servizio simpatico e informale.

Siamo stati lì lo scorso weekend ed è stata una splendida esperienza. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente degli ottimi piatti preparati in maniera impeccabile, ambiente meraviglioso e caratteristico, unica nota leggermente negativa è la rapidità del servizio, troppo veloce tra una pietanza e l’altra infatti abbiamo dovuto avvisare di aspettare tra una pietanza e l’altra ma purtroppo non è stato fatto. Ma ci ritornerei sicuramente anche domani
