Excellent place where I went with my family. Welcomed by a very kind waitress, as well as the other waiters. Young, but professional and very helpful. The food was excellent and plentiful. I didn't give 5 stars because the bread for celiacs remained a bit too frozen even after the second time it was reheated. Anyway, congratulations and we'll leave

We came on the recommendation of friends, we ordered mozzarella with anchovies and dried tomatoes (good), two first courses (carbonara with mushrooms) and (pasta with almonds and rosemary: EXCEPTIONAL)
The portions are very generous, in fact we had to cancel the second one we ordered, but we tasted their tiramisu with amaretto and it was truly excellent.
However, the thing that we liked most was the calm, smiling and serene atmosphere that reigned between the owner and the waiters, and the various laughs coming from the kitchen, we liked it a lot. We will definitely be back

I'm really happy to have dined at this restaurant with my mom and sister, because it exceeded all expectations. The restaurant is characteristic, with stone walls and a warm and welcoming atmosphere, meticulously cared for in every detail. We ordered three fillets and a porcini mushroom fondue: the meat was simply exceptional, very tender and tasty, while the fondue was creamy and tasty. To conclude, three cakes with a warm heart, with a perfectly melted and delicious filling.
Special thanks go to the owner, who welcomed us with great care and took care of every detail of the evening with professionalism, making us feel pampered from start to finish.
A wonderful place that I recommend wholeheartedly. We will definitely be back!

We went for lunch on a Saturday after watching an old episode of 4 Restaurants. I think the management changed because the owner was different. From the mixed platter we expected something more characteristic, while the first of the day (sagne with asparagus and bacon) lacked a boost of flavour. The amaretto tiramisu is very good. The wines, although from local wineries, were too expensive and so we were satisfied with the still expensive glass.

We went to the historic center of Fiuggi, a delightful, quiet, well-kept place. We stopped to eat at the tavern and it was a positive experience. A characteristic, clean place with quality food and homemade pasta. Fair prices.

Siamo tornati a mangiare in questo ristorante dopo tanti anni e ne è valsa la pena. Curato nei minimi particolari è un angolo di storia all'interno del centro storico. Ci sono anche tavoli esterni, ottima soluzione nella stagione giusta. La cucina è carica di gusto e ben assortita con funghi, pancetta, ottimi formaggi, salumi, carni e contorni di stagione... Tra i dolci: fantastico il tiramisù con fondo di amaretti imbevuti di caffè... Servizio simpatico e informale.

Siamo stati lì lo scorso weekend ed è stata una splendida esperienza. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente degli ottimi piatti preparati in maniera impeccabile, ambiente meraviglioso e caratteristico, unica nota leggermente negativa è la rapidità del servizio, troppo veloce tra una pietanza e l’altra infatti abbiamo dovuto avvisare di aspettare tra una pietanza e l’altra ma purtroppo non è stato fatto. Ma ci ritornerei sicuramente anche domani
